great customer service.. ended up with jodi as my waiter. everything was great. she was extremely nice and took care of the large party i came with.

i haven't thought about this place in 2 years and it will probably be another 2 years before i go back ... caesar salad was tasteless and my filet was cooked perfectly but was flavorless... burger king has more flavor... it was so loud that we couldn't talk!!! and they won't seat you unless your entire party is there.... i went with my dad.... really... a party of 2 and there is no table

amazing!!!! the steak is incredible. each table get a bucket of peanuts and you can throw the shell on the floor. it's pretty fun.

sad may 17 2012 the day before my wedding my friend and i stop came here my favorite restaurant ever. that day it all changed! we ordered our steaks and hours went by. our waitress got off her shift and ordered her own dinner finished and we are still waiting for our meals. she apologized countless times and we know it wasn't her fault. finally the manager comes over and apologized and informs us the dinners will be on them. so finally our food comes out my steak was completely bloody and i had to return it after wait so damn long!! ahh starving luckily my friends food came out fine so we ended up sharing hers and finished when mines came back and i ended up boxing it up. the manager came back over and stated you guys didn't wait too long right. we will only cover 1/2 the bill. so the bill gets to the table and they took off 5.00. i have a ton of wedding things to do i wasted my entire night waiting for food and the manager can't even keep her original word. over 2 years later and when i think of texas roadhouse it makes me so angry because it was my favorite place! so sad!!

typica franchise fare. first impression as we walked in was a greasy floor covering throughout the restaurant made extra hazardous by the water on our feet from the evening rain. our sever praised the chops as juicy and delicious and assured us they could be cooked to "medium". not so. zero for presentation (see pic). over-cooked, dry and over-salted. music was so loud we could not talk to each other. this is the best you can do? tragic.

great dinner. 11 oz sirloin, grilled shrimp, large baked potato and a salad priced right! cooked as ordered, melt in your mouth good. monday night @ 5:30 no wait, good service. will be back . . .soon!

good and fun. six of us went for an early dinner. since it was before 5:30pm, some had the early dinners, which were $8.99, including my wife who had the chicken fried chicken. her portion was large and tasty, though the gravy was warm and not hot. i had two pork chops, which were boneless but still moist. i liked it. everyone else was happy with their meals, the peanuts, the drinks and how well we were served by zachary. our group had a great time.

always good food and good service, also good for the price! love the bbq roasted chicken.

service. we visited last friday to celebrate my birthday, and we had a wonderful time. our server was a young man, whose name was bret i believe, but not sure. he was a wonderful server and a lot of fun. he shared our info with a sweet gal who was an assistance manager i think. she brought us gift bags of peanuts and thanked us for choosing texas roadhouse. we will definitely be returning. also, our food was great and also the prices. we chose your business because an employee of yours brought fresh rolls to our sons business, and everyone loved them. be seeing you again!!!

good beef. loud. very active. food flowed well , then a break.....,,,, then the entree. cook correctly , hot worth the delay. very attentive. will be back

we were very impressed with this restaurant. we had great and speedy service. the manager even chipped in to get us our food in a timely manner. our server, shay, was incredibly professional and courteous, but also took the time to be patient and kind to our daughter. the food was great, and the service was incredible!!

overall review. what a noisy place. don't feel like being in a restaurant. service was ok, not any better than other restaurants. food was average, steak and kebob extremely salty. this was our first and last time. would never recommend to somebody that is looking for quality place and quality food.
