they hit all the marks today. they were open early for the companies veterans day special. the staff was energetic and very friendly. tara was my server, she was courteous and provided excellent attention.

i enjoyed my meal. my sirloin was cooked as ordered; it was seasoned just enough to enhance but not cover up the meat. the house salad with blue cheese dressing was served on a cold plate; everything was fresh looking and tasting. the green beans were sturdy and flavorful with bacon and onion bits. the unsweetened tea was very fresh tasting.

i would gladly return here for a meal.

went here with a group of 6 returning from the notre dame football rally. everyone ordered steak or ribs with a variety of add ons. we also ordered two orders of their famous rattlesnake bites!! i ordered a side steak fries with cheese to compliment my half rack of ribs. the place was jumping but the service was good and food perfectly cooked. the snake bites were interesting but the taste was overwhelmed by the dipping sauce and jalapeños. as a non snake lover i didn't know whether to be disappointed or thankful. good meals with a lot of choice. would return.

today, my family and i went to the gainesville, ga restaurant. i am legally blind and have a seizure disorder due to a rare brain condition. i am accompanied by my service dog who keeps me calm, alerts for impending seizures, and helps curb the attacks.

the manager at this location was extremely coarse, rude, and went past being unaccommodating. buddy, my service dog, has to be within my sight for him to properly alert me and to perform his job tasks effectively. the manager demanded that he be put under the table on the /extremely/ dirty floor. i informed him of my medical condition and that buddy will lay on his towel in the seat next to me. never touching food, never barking, never disturbing any other patrons.

he stated that wasn't allowed, and that corporate office says otherwise. this is a violation of the americans with disabilities act revised in 2011. service animals are allowed /anywhere/ that customers are allowed. the /only/ accommodations that are not /required/ by the business is to feed / water / clean up after a service animal.

the manager repeatedly harassed me, and even after asking the tables around us if buddy was causing an issue, the manager persisted. he blatantly refused to give us his name in order to report him.

all the patrons at the restaurant were dismayed by his behavior, his disrespect, and downright abhorrent attitude.

this is completely unacceptable behavior for anyone in the service industry. service animals are legally considered medical equipment. would you demand a patron with an oxygen tank to put it on a dirty, uncleaned floor? i highly doubt it.

this is being reported the ada along with the better business bureau.
the manager's callous behavior did cause me to have a seizure, as stress often does. this is a crime. this is discrimination. this is unbelievably /wrong/.

this will be shared on every social media avenue i have available, because no disabled person should ever have to be treated this way.

at 7 pm they had run out of two or three menu items. when they brought our orders, mine was completely wrong. wrong meat, cooked wrong, wrong sides. my wife only had her steak cooked totally wrong. their solution was to bring me a really charred piece of meat that was medium rare inside. i ordered medium well. rather than tax the horrific service any more, i just swapped meat with my wife. the only time they asked if i wanted a refill on my coffee was when they brought the check. it'll be a long time before we return here.

this is not a bad restaurant. the service is always good and the food is okay, but i have to say, this is a restaurant that me and my family frequented quite a bit for a while, so at some time we must have thought it was pretty good, but not much changes and the menu is a little small so it doesn't take long to feel you've, "been there, done that".

it was super bowl evening and i thought it would be perfect to avoid the evening crowd at the roadhouse! little to no traffic and i was right, plenty of parking at the restaurant. my wife ordered the 8oz sirloin and it was delectable, grilled perfectly, tender and delicious. i ordered a half rack of ribs as i have had them before and they were always fabulous. it didn't work out that way however. they were burned black and dry and chewy. i took one bite and returned them, you get 2 sides with your meal, the wife had a loaded baked potato which she said was "really really nice", and i ordered the steak fries, which were just ok. our second side was the house salad, cold, crisp fresh lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheddar, croutons, and chopped hard boiled eggs, a truly lovely salad! the waiter agreed with me that the ribs were burnt and i wonder why he didn't do anything about it before he served them. i had to wait almost half an hour for it's replacement and by then the wife had finished eating and i had lost my appetite. as usual it was very very loud with the three major sources of noise being generated, the guests, the staff singing happy birthday and the overhead sound system playing loud music. several staff members apologized for the ribs and i was told i wouldn't be charged for them. they even offered to send a new side along with the new boxed ribs, i declined. there was a bucket of fresh tasting large peanuts on the table which i am sure helped cut my appetite in absence of my ribs. we will probably return again some time in the future to give them another chance.

have eaten at texas roadhouse several times. every meal has been delicious! service is always great. my only complaints are difficult parking and the noise. so, going at an off hour is best. that said, the rattlesnake bites are the best poppers that i've had. the soft rolls with cinnamon butter are a delight! i'm usually getting full by the time that the entree arrives. still have to eat more...the steaks and burgers are cooked to perfection! texas roadhouse is one of my favorites.

showed up to have a nice birthday dinner. checked in and was told 20-25 minute wait. after about 45 minutes we asked how long until we got a table, we were told that we got skipped, but that we would be seated next. we proceded to stand there for another 15 minutes while they continued to seat other parties. womp womp. longhorn should send them a thank you for our business.

loud, crowded, unprofessional serving culture, messy and the food is average and too costly for low quality meat. save money and go to a real steakhouse so you don't get corrupted into thinking this is how it should be done. meh.

awesome!!!! we had an awesome family time and christian who was waiting our table helped us to order exact amount of food for the 8 of us with good drinks and his vibrant attitude.

called ahead and only had to wait about 5 minutes. we ordered and the food came out really fast! the service was excellent as it always is. love this place!!!!

i went with my family to texas roadhouse due to that we were starving and i must say i am very impressed by it. it has a great atmosphere and the service is very good i would definitely recommend for a family if your looking for a good bbq joint

love it. we always get the sirloin and are never disappointed. this is not a place for a quiet romantic dinner. it's a place for a good steak and good atmosphere.

one of my favorite places to eat! delicious steak and never once have they done my steak wrong, always well well done!! unlike logan's and other steak restaurants. in addition, the bread and butter is so good! and salad is good as well!! love it and for appetizers try the onion blossom!!

always a great dinner. good food. good drinks. my husband likes to pick out his own dallas fillet. he gets a steak comparable to a high end steak restaurant for a much more reasonable price. we ate here for father's day and despite the crowds had great service.
