yum yum. we ordered the sashimi dinner set, deluxe set b with chicken, deluxe set c with beef, and curry udon.

portions were generous, and great genuine japanese food!

all the fish was fresh, and will definitely be coming back for more!

love the cosy atmosphere of the restaurant, and theservicewas very friendly and easy going.

little gem. we had 8 people for lunch and theserviceand wait times were fantastic, everyone enjoyed their meal. i had never been here and it will be my go to japanese from now on.

good for a bite to eat at lunch, can recommend going for the set menus as they're great value for money.  service is good and the restaurant is in a good location with plenty of parking available.

best teriyaki chicken i've had in a very long time!  gyoza and karage chicken were also amazing.  super speedyserviceand very generous serving sizes... love it :).

this would have to be the best value for money and quality food restaurant in mandurah. have been many times and theserviceand food is outstanding.

i love it!. i've been to a lot of japanese restaurants in perth but taku is one of my favourites. it's a small family owned restaurant and the atmosphere is just so relaxed and welcoming. theserviceis fast and the food is always great. the prices are cheap compared to other restaurants and you get so much food! i always end up taking left overs home. i would recommend this place to any one looking for yummy japanese food for a good price! try the spicy torikara!

loved it!. thank you urban spoon reviewers to leading us to this place on our way back to perth on sunday night. the veggie tempura were particularly good as was the green tea ice cream. excellent value, cash only and byo. speedyservicewith a smile and child friendly. i would go again and again.

yum yum. great food highly recommend the soups, ngiri, katsu rolls and gyoza. prices are fair but bit annoying no eftpos yet. restaurant a little small but at least that means theserviceand food is quick. one of my favorite restaurants in mandurah. saves me a trip all the way to east perth for sushi train.

very busy and small place hard to get a table but food is good. prices are reasonable andserviceis quick. no credit card facilities or eftpos is annoying these days.

good food and service. a bit of a novel concept for mandurah, a restaurant with good tasty foodserviceand a fair price. will eat here again for sure. its not hard, tasty fresh food served timely. well done!

teriyaki chicken dish was wonderful. the restaurant was a little too small. customers found it hard to maneuver through narrow walk ways between the tables. once seated, however,servicewas good and food very nice.

very nice meal. enjoyed sashimi, beef tataki and spicy tori kara. all were very tasty and fresh. promptserviceand pleasant surrounds. definitely a good choice if after some quick and easy japanese in mandurah.
