starbucks coffee

well we were the last customers here and it happened that they closed and we were suting inside as they were completing their close up formalities of the day, meanwhile our one of us went to use washroom and we ended up waiting for her.
but one of the staff shouted at us stating we should exit the outlet to which i replied him with valid reason.
and that was the lasttimewe went there.
coffees are meant to have a goodtimeand we can have it anywhere around bhopal in peace and with good memories. who says you need a brand of coffee!

i placed an order for espresso frappuccino grande and this is what i have received by paying exorbitant amount. this is not what is expected atleast from starbucks. disappointed and wastage oftimeand money. the coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee. there was no straws or tissue paper accompanying the order. and zomato refused to reimburse entire amount.

could you stock at least one kind of dessert at all times?

everytimeyou don't have a dessert in stock, i end up ordering my beverage and dessert from some random sketchy cafe which is not only sad but also very unhealthy

such a pathetic take away packing from such a reputed international beverage brand my day was spoiled with this delivery luckily got the refund but when someone coffeetimegets spoiled means the day sucked.

it was completely cold by thetimeit reached me. if it was even a little warm it would have been good.

i was charged extra for the whip cream but there was no whip cream or java chip in the frappucino also it was spilled and the lid was broken. and the executive that i spoke to was just wasting mytimeand did not gave me a solution ms pallavi thank you so much wasting mytimeand fooling your customers

the way it should be. perfect. my alltimego to latte with almond milk and hazelnut tasted the way it does in any other city.

well managed and value for money. you can spend some valuetimehere and complete ur task with coffee sips.

i always liked starbucks so much but i didn't like the experience at all this time... i didn't plan to go there but saw a board saying that one can get a beverage for 150 rupees so just felt like trying, i told the woman there that i wanted to order a double chocolate chip frappucino but she tried to change my order to something by recommending some other thing and after telling to the women there that i got the voucher to get the 150 rupees she again tried to bill the drink for 350 bucks... i mean what is she even trying to do?? and double chocolate chip is my favourite but thistimethey added more ice than usual and very less chocolate!! there was no flavour or anything i could just taste some milk and ice that's it!!! and i think its because of the promotional event for 150 beverage or whatever but i really felt disappointed by their behaviour and my experience is very bad not going to this particular starbucks ever.

the outlet has a warm ambience and a nice soothing vibe, with a few tables placed outside too. the staff is courteous and a few people even go out of their way to help you out.tried a couple of desserts like the blueberry muffin- loved it! it was extremely fresh n soft with the right amount of blueberry flavour and few chunks of blueberry! chocolate truffle pastry was good, not great! new york cheesecake was delicious with the perfect texture! now coming to the most important thing- their coffee! it was surprisingly disappointing! have tried a couple of different coffees from their menu including plain cappuccino, vanilla latte, tiramisu, caramel macchiato and i have been disappointed each time. i can assure you if you are just handed over each of these you won’t be able to tell one flavour from the other. tiramisu tastes like regular cappuccino as does caramel. the consistency is poor! too watery! i have had all of these at their outlets in other cities like zirakpur and chandigarh and have liked all of them from those outlets. i really hope they can fix whatever the issue with their coffee is, otherwise it’s only a matter oftimebefore customers stop giving the coffee as many chances.

the coffee was super late and room temperature by thetimeit reached me. disappointed after paying 300 bucks for one small cup of coffee.

ordered a new york cheese cake... it was awesome and no complaints on this front.

what puts off is the behaviour of the staff at this store. being humble and courteous needs no money and no brand. the staff is either working against their will or lazy and they come hard on you.

here's my experience.

i walked into to the store (sanitized my hands at the entrances) as soon as i stepped in, the staff asked me to step out of the store... as the cashier/security wanted to scan my temperature. i can understand small places like these can be under staffed or be given with multiple roles (being at cash counter to take orders and to scan people at the entrances).

now coming to the ordering part.

there's a big banner asking you to scan and order food but that doesn't happen. the cashier/security will call you to the counter and you will have to stand in queue and order.!! still din get why the scanner was placed... any how.. while ordering... you will have to scream!! yeah scream!! the guy won't be able to hear you and he will not let you remove the mask.

you can remove mask only when you take a table after ordering. logically it's absurd.

the disgrace is when they dring you food. the cashier is again serving you this time... with one eye on the cash counter and one at the entrance door.

you can guess how the plate would be given to you... typical indian prison food delivery what we see in movies.


now just imagine the pain i went through to type this crap over here!! just feel the disgust.

starbucks!! with the amazing food you serve... please have some staff who are welcoming and humble. end of the day that's what matters most!!

don't be offended by all the words.. and nothing against the gentleman who was at the counter. he might have had a tough day.

this was my firsttimeat starbucks!! hoping to visit again but one last time, will continue only if the hospitality is good and staff are humble.

well reviewing starbucks is like telling your mom everytime that you are the best among all. but being a crtitic and reviewer it's our duty to mention what we tried and how does it tasted. althoughi hardly do experiment with my order and being a hot chocolate lover (no matter what weather it is) i always try to order theeir signature hot chocolate.
to accompany someone always made me taste different options like thistimewe tried :
- hibiscus passion lemonade
- vanilla mango pooper frappuccino
- hot chocolate (of course)

ratings would always be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
no matter what starbucks is 💝💝
