recently wentstarbucksfor some coffee i have ordered caramel java chip frappuccino the coffee was amazing

ordered a new york cheesecake for a friend's birthday the delivery location was in tamando thats like 15kms away but the manager asit co-ordinated so well also sent one from his end to celebrate.starbuckslucky you to have such good employees. ❤️✨

wellstarbuckshas been sort of a weird experience where the quality of service is great, coffees are good and sides are not worth a penny.starbucksneeds to balance out in what it offers or else, the current blooming of start-ups would one day create enough competitions to take over it in india. hence, assure things at a more fair price. india is a different market than the west where price and quality both speak to the customer. expectingstarbucksto take this as an equal appreciation and constructive criticism for the company to grow. good luck. ps: nothing needed to speak for zomato. as usual, doing great in the game. :)

i scanned my account code using my phone. i had a few offers and about 500 bucks in my account but the barista was so stupid it made me mad. i had ordered two drinks. one was a smores frappuccino and the other java chip both grande size. now this guy somehow managed to use only one offer that was a size upgrade, did not use money from mystarbuckscard and on top of that charged me for an additional beverage customisation. even when i had a free customisation offer on my account. i don't know how he managed to do such a blunder, but right when i wouldn't have had to pay a single penny from my pocket extra, he made me pay 735 bucks. probably the worststarbucksi've been to

i cannot give them 5 stars because i did not like their seating arrangement. food and drink are fine but i enjoyedstarbucksseating in kochi more.

coffee is good, staff is decent and helpful. i have a problem with the shameless, selfish customers, who have 1 cup of coffee ( or none), then spend 8 hours there, glued to their seats and laptops! thereby depriving genuine customers like me of place to sit! i want to come here for half an hour, eat and drink, and leave. but these free-loaders with their laptops occupy the tables for hours and hours. if you are spending 8 hours in a cafe, you should be ordering food/drink every hour???

i've even seen 'customers' walk in, sit down, not order anything at all in the time i'm there. like their manager of their powai branch told me " what to do, sir? you are right, but this is indian culture!" i've been tostarbuckscafes all over the world, have never seen such behavior!

so basicallystarbucksindia cafes are the only cafes in the world, where people can spend hours and hours, use all the facilities, then walk out without ordering anything!!!!
brilliant! genuine customers?? they can go to hell!

the cheesecake at this place is to die for and worth every penny 😇 ! but i feel that thestarbuckscoffees are overrated.

worst taste for this price. ccd or mc cafe is far far far better.... don't understand whaz wrong coffee or their improper way of making it. must say untrained or careless staff who are ruiningstarbucksbrand in ahmedabad

favourite drink is always the double chocolate chip 🙈
the outlet also looks amazing and different from the other ones

the first thing you will notice aboutstarbucksis the aroma. it is probably the only coffee shop i have seen where an equal importance is laid to the smell the ambience food and coffee. its best place to hangout with friends and work. my favourite drink is midnight mocha and strawberry frappuccino. #starbucks #zomato
