starbucks coffee

recently went starbucks for some coffee i haveorderedcaramel java chip frappuccino the coffee was amazing

i scanned my account code using my phone. i had a few offers and about 500 bucks in my account but the barista was so stupid it made me mad. i hadorderedtwo drinks. one was a smores frappuccino and the other java chip both grande size. now this guy somehow managed to use only one offer that was a size upgrade, did not use money from my starbucks card and on top of that charged me for an additional beverage customisation. even when i had a free customisation offer on my account. i don't know how he managed to do such a blunder, but right when i wouldn't have had to pay a single penny from my pocket extra, he made me pay 735 bucks. probably the worst starbucks i've been to

i hadorderedtall hazel nut flavoured latte. the taste was very good. it reached hot to my home.

guys iordereda frappe with chilli cheese toast. it was a combo, however the chilli cheese toast was missing. it was simple order and you guys missed a good item. not expected from a brand like this..

iorderedegg and chicken croissant but it got exhausted so i got a call suggesting to try out naanwhich which will not be spicy. if at all, it will be very mild. but naanwich is the most spicy thing i have had in a long long time. bad suggestion. i couldn’t eat this, just one bite and i was in terrible state.

the first star bucks happened to be open at jubilee hills and the second one was at forum sujana mall, kukatpally.. it was opened in the ground floor on the right side of the main entrance, which many are not aware of the size of the store. 

but the ambiance and the background settings were very good. after a long wait and the reviews about the place, i decided to try out the place on a busy afternoon, soon after a movie break. 

the entrance was simple and they are greeting the customers warmly and had the pleasant gestures. there was a long queue to order. i waited for 10 minutes to order, andorderedfor a caramel macchiato and a winter cake which was made especially for the season. it was made with strawberry cream and base. 

caramel macchiato was good with the layer of caramel and the foam with the blended coffee. i have added the brown sugar to enhance the taste and it was excellent. the cheese cake a.k.a winter cake was also good with cheese and strawberry base. 

with the good service and the great ambiance....the place is too pricey and the patrons are never concerned about the prices when they got to taste the brand at the very first place.

they did not have the product that iorderedbecause as soon as iorderedit,it got out of stock but it was very kind of them to get it from another branch.thank you i appreciate it :)

today iorderedtwo items with cod as option. one item was out of stock ( wasn't displayed in the zomato app). they called me and informed about it and asked me to replace with some other item of same category. i said no that offer and asked them to deliver the one item that iorderedand they had. they simply cancelled my order completely. such bad behaviour. it's awful:(...

every item was perfect as most of them were my repeated or frequentlyorderedones but i tried to experiment with matcha latte which is supposedly bestseller. i must say it can only be appreciated by latte lovers since its predominantly just milk with matcha/green tea flavor to minimum which doesn't do justice with the preparation because you are not ordering milk. not at all deserving to be best seller !!

the coffe, no doubt was yummy. but i hadorderedthree of them, it would be better if they had written the name on the cup.

iorderedmrp worth 399 coffee with whisped cream but when i received order the coffe was very simple without cream and i have received half glass

iorderedfor a got chocolate, that tastes like sugar water, it was so watery , not thick and creamy, really badly made, the quality has really dropped, extremely disappointing, the packaging was so bad aswell, half of my drink spilled all over the bag and i didn’t even get a holder for my cup.

iordereda tall wmf and a short psl to go. both with whipped cream. i got upgraded to a grande wmf based my starbucks card.

since the bag was packed nicely we did not check the size and based on my past experience with starbucks i have never had to check the quantity. but on reaching work and opening my drink

this is what i got

a tall wmf which has the flat lid so the whipped cream is added by reducing my coffee quantity and the psl did not have the whipped cream at all.

so i did not get the upgrade nor did i get the regular quantity for tall.

this is highly unexpected from starbucks.

don't ever choose zomato. poor delivery service. takes long time and serves a cold coffee whenorderedhot.

the coffee i hadorderedwas not delivered properly , and it was all spilled when delivered
