coffee is good, staff is decent and helpful. i have a problem with the shameless, selfish customers, who have 1 cup ofcoffee( or none), then spend 8 hours there, glued to their seats and laptops! thereby depriving genuine customers like me of place to sit! i want to come here for half an hour, eat and drink, and leave. but these free-loaders with their laptops occupy the tables for hours and hours. if you are spending 8 hours in a cafe, you should be ordering food/drink every hour???
i've even seen 'customers' walk in, sit down, not order anything at all in the time i'm there. like their manager of their powai branch told me " what to do, sir? you are right, but this is indian culture!" i've been to starbucks cafes all over the world, have never seen such behavior!
so basically starbucks india cafes are the only cafes in the world, where people can spend hours and hours, use all the facilities, then walk out without ordering anything!!!!
brilliant! genuine customers?? they can go to hell!
