coffee is good, staff is decent and helpful. i have a problem with the shameless, selfish customers, who have 1 cup of coffee ( or none), then spend 8 hours there, glued to their seats and laptops! thereby depriving genuine customers like me of place to sit! i want to come here for half an hour, eat and drink, and leave. but these free-loaders with their laptops occupy the tables for hours and hours. if you are spending 8 hours in a cafe, you should be ordering food/drink every hour???

i've even seen 'customers' walk in, sit down, notorderanything at all in the time i'm there. like their manager of their powai branch told me " what to do, sir? you are right, but this is indian culture!" i've been to starbucks cafes all over the world, have never seen such behavior!

so basically starbucks india cafes are the only cafes in the world, where people can spend hours and hours, use all the facilities, then walk out without ordering anything!!!!
brilliant! genuine customers?? they can go to hell!

guys i ordered a frappe with chilli cheese toast. it was a combo, however the chilli cheese toast was missing. it was simpleorderand you guys missed a good item. not expected from a brand like this..

today i ordered two items with cod as option. one item was out of stock ( wasn't displayed in the zomato app). they called me and informed about it and asked me to replace with some other item of same category. i said no that offer and asked them to deliver the one item that i ordered and they had. they simply cancelled myordercompletely. such bad behaviour. it's awful:(...

the place is always nice and good, better than any other starbucks in hyderabad. nice ambience and great atmosphere even when there are people around. they don't rush you through theorderlike any other starbucks.. overall it's a decent place to be at if you want to chill or kill the time
