if u are sending a coffee u have send a straw. its been 4-5timerepeating the same

the taste of the coffee was very nice but you didn’t give me straw to drink, i spilled my coffee while opening the cover that you gave for straw. please provide a straw nexttimeonwards.

coffee is good, staff is decent and helpful. i have a problem with the shameless, selfish customers, who have 1 cup of coffee ( or none), then spend 8 hours there, glued to their seats and laptops! thereby depriving genuine customers like me of place to sit! i want to come here for half an hour, eat and drink, and leave. but these free-loaders with their laptops occupy the tables for hours and hours. if you are spending 8 hours in a cafe, you should be ordering food/drink every hour???

i've even seen 'customers' walk in, sit down, not order anything at all in thetimei'm there. like their manager of their powai branch told me " what to do, sir? you are right, but this is indian culture!" i've been to starbucks cafes all over the world, have never seen such behavior!

so basically starbucks india cafes are the only cafes in the world, where people can spend hours and hours, use all the facilities, then walk out without ordering anything!!!!
brilliant! genuine customers?? they can go to hell!

its my firsttimehaving starbucks and i love the experience. packaging is highly impressive.

the packing was terrible the dish was packed upside down. you should take it seriously the nexttimearound.

we were out of a movie and it was raining hard so we decide to pass thetimein starbucks. as usual, the ambiance is nice with low lighting and all the good things in display. we had a cold coffee and a cappuccino for me. for a change they got the spelling of my name right...how cool is that!

hot chocolate was yummy. but the packing was leaking. because of that i got only half of the drink that i ordered. nexttimeplease be careful on the packing

i've given instructions for this and no milk was added and no sugar free sachet. do you guys think that you can easily cheat us. try something else. this is the secondtimei'm sending a complaint. last one not even got any response from your side. i don't think this gonna make any difference.

4thtimethe coffee was leaking. this particular outlets packing is really bad. starbucks sector 22 has much better packing.
