all the hotchocolatespilled in the packaging box by the time i received the delivery

something has changed about starbucks. can't put my finger on it but for the better. maybe it's everything. the food, the drink, the staff.. went for breakfast. the sandwich was so yummy. even better than places that dole out sandwiches only for business. right amt of stuffing, right amt of cheese/mayo and the bread was crispy.. i wanted to go for whitechocolatefrappuccino but staff insisted i go for ginger ale cold brew. when i hesitated they promised to replace the drink free if i didn't like it. thats the tata service i've heard of.. and the cold brew was also lovely and refreshing.. lovely ambience as well..

finally completed all the outlets of starbucks hyderabad
nothing to review about starbucks because it the best place around ❤️
the service and the ambience can always to rated to full
favourite drink is always the doublechocolatechip 🙈
the outlet also looks amazing and different from the other ones
will surely visit again

hotchocolatewas yummy. but the packing was leaking. because of that i got only half of the drink that i ordered. next time please be careful on the packing

nochocolatechip cookie was given even though we paid for it

good drink bit overpriced but overall it’s okay to go once in a while. i recommend you the doublechocolatechip frappuccino, it’s awesome.

spilled, bad tasting coffee, no whipped cream, no caramel, nochocolatesyrup nothing. worst service , spilled half the coffee !

signature hotchocolate+ hazelnut flavour is the best way to start/end your day...

it was nice but i wanted in hotchocolatebut came in cold chocolate

i ordered a signature hotchocolateand they gave me the cold one. hazelnut coffee was okay.

my order isn't right. i ordered hotchocolatewith shipped cream and this doesn't have any cream. i paid extra for the cream as well and it's very disappointing

the taste of the signature hotchocolatewas good but even though i had paid extra for the whipped cream , they had not added . usually i would not complain about such a minor infraction , but if you ask for extra money for an ingredient , then you need to make sure that you add that ingredient .

i always liked starbucks so much but i didn't like the experience at all this time... i didn't plan to go there but saw a board saying that one can get a beverage for 150 rupees so just felt like trying, i told the woman there that i wanted to order a doublechocolatechip frappucino but she tried to change my order to something by recommending some other thing and after telling to the women there that i got the voucher to get the 150 rupees she again tried to bill the drink for 350 bucks... i mean what is she even trying to do?? and doublechocolatechip is my favourite but this time they added more ice than usual and very less chocolate!! there was no flavour or anything i could just taste some milk and ice that's it!!! and i think its because of the promotional event for 150 beverage or whatever but i really felt disappointed by their behaviour and my experience is very bad not going to this particular starbucks ever.
