starbucks coffee

iordereda signature hot chocolate and they gave me the cold one. hazelnut coffee was okay.

order was over sweetened and whipped cream was missing also the glass was down than half of it.iordered4 venti all of them were like this .this was my 4-5 times every time there was something wrong with order nad when i complains they hold me a vocher.this time i did not because i don't want any free coupon the time i need the items was always spoiled by you guys. i respect tata so i did not posted bad comment but this was my last time with starbucks.

iorderedcold coffee . they give very small portion which was not at all enough, in a very big package
then why they have to keep it so expensive...

iorderedone white mocha frappe with hazelnut syrup, blonde roast and whipped cream. there was no such thing added in the frappe. it sucked. too much sugar

my order isn't right. iorderedhot chocolate with shipped cream and this doesn't have any cream. i paid extra for the cream as well and it's very disappointing

java chip frappuccino was good, but red velvet cake pastry was so so pathetic, that too after paying ₹ 305/- what i got was “hard portion of pastry”. it looked like that pastry was made 3-4 days ago and was not at all fresh..not expected this quality from starbucks. it seems that they keep food items in store for very long time. very bad👎🏻.

gave instructions regarding spillage issue, they repeated the same. coffee quantity is less as iorderedgrande size, no whip creame

i'm not a starbucks fan because i've never really had a good experience with starbucks india. but i tried their tiramisu frappe last night and it was exceptionally amazing. i'd say it was the best frappe i've ever had although i'm more of a hot latte person. the flavours were so well-balanced! i'm still hungover from that frappe. my friendordereda strawberry crème frappe and it was delicious too. a little bit on the sweeter side, but you could taste the berrilicious strawberry flavour in every sip. i preferred their new york cheesecake more as compared to the red velvet orange cake. the staff was extremely sweet and hospitable. the service was extremely quick. overall, i had a wonderful experience. :-)

starbucks have been always on my fav list .. however today i am disappointed . this review can be a silly one to some people however i want add something.. today afternoon i visited this place around 4.30 pm (prahladnagar location ) iorderedmy coffee and as a big fan of starbucks i just asked the person who took my order that please sir can i get an extra cup from ur chrismas collection the empty cup.. the person who took my order i didnt remember his name behaved like if i have asked him for free coffee. i asked for any empty cup . i even told please charge me for it if u want. he in return gave me red paper small cup.. as if it was forcely given there one girl in staff she was also annyoyed i told her again to give me the another cup. its not about the cup. i just wanted a cup to keep it with me. i am sure you make ur coffee with great love and i love starbucks always. but today disappointed and not visiting the outlet again surely.. btw my coffee costed me 300 bucks.. and i asked was a empty cup.. thanks for disppointing.. some staff at other starbucks outlets are really nice people.. but this outlet dont have them not visiting u again. the attitude of that person is not acceptable you work for ur customers i didnt asked u for free coffee ok. no coming again. and why this page is only for good comments.. some things are needed to be said when a customer pays 300 to 500 bucks for coffee and one more thing seriously it was not about the cup but the way staff behaved was not ok to me.. i love starbucks and therefore we visit it. i can pay for it too. but watever it is behaviour was not accpetable..the person who took my order his name was mr girish. trust me the way he behaved like i m asking for a free coffee. and he with a big disppointment of giving me a free cup he gave me a small disposable type cup. it would have been better if u didnt gave me this too.. keep it to urself . thanks
