starbucks coffee

ordered white chocolate mocha.... it tasted like milk.

after paying a lot of money, starbucks makes you get disappointed with their bad service...

it's sad.

the place was not loud, the guy who called names after theorderis ready was annoyingly loud..

starbucks have been always on my fav list .. however today i am disappointed . this review can be a silly one to some people however i want add something.. today afternoon i visited this place around 4.30 pm (prahladnagar location ) i ordered my coffee and as a big fan of starbucks i just asked the person who took myorderthat please sir can i get an extra cup from ur chrismas collection the empty cup.. the person who took myorderi didnt remember his name behaved like if i have asked him for free coffee. i asked for any empty cup . i even told please charge me for it if u want. he in return gave me red paper small cup.. as if it was forcely given there one girl in staff she was also annyoyed i told her again to give me the another cup. its not about the cup. i just wanted a cup to keep it with me. i am sure you make ur coffee with great love and i love starbucks always. but today disappointed and not visiting the outlet again surely.. btw my coffee costed me 300 bucks.. and i asked was a empty cup.. thanks for disppointing.. some staff at other starbucks outlets are really nice people.. but this outlet dont have them not visiting u again. the attitude of that person is not acceptable you work for ur customers i didnt asked u for free coffee ok. no coming again. and why this page is only for good comments.. some things are needed to be said when a customer pays 300 to 500 bucks for coffee and one more thing seriously it was not about the cup but the way staff behaved was not ok to me.. i love starbucks and therefore we visit it. i can pay for it too. but watever it is behaviour was not accpetable..the person who took myorderhis name was mr girish. trust me the way he behaved like i m asking for a free coffee. and he with a big disppointment of giving me a free cup he gave me a small disposable type cup. it would have been better if u didnt gave me this too.. keep it to urself . thanks

i was on the go for my meetings when i stopped by at this starbucks for my takeaway coffee. the look and feel of this place was very fresh. the service was very quick. but there just happen to be a confusion on loading my starbucks card to use it for making the payment. the owner/manager also offered me fresh coffee as my coffee got warm while understanding the payment concern. they also made myorderfor banana chocolate chip brownie complimentary. the coffee was perfect as i wanted. and kudos to tabassum (the staff) who just made my experience even better. go visit this place to make your coffee story. this one was mine. ☕️🥳

how about ordering a plain espresso with kenyan beans!

it was hard to explain a simple coffee as that. and then i had to make sure i do not end up in an even more awkward situation as i already was in one, only due to the guy takingorderbeing unable to understand. and to make it worst, the coffee was an utter disappointment.

and then, there was a photoshoot going on, due to which customers were asked to shift multiple times. disheartening to see such a behaviour from the staff.

totally not going back there.

i went there with my group and the guy takingorderwas little rude. he got irritate while explaining the different coffee flavor. the big international chain should train their employees to focus on customer service to enhance their customer experience.
coffee was okay, and ambiance was good. we had a good time there.

i raised a complaint on 23rd aug and several times after that but nobody has bothered to respond ever. whenever we write any complaint on their customer support chat... their representatives give false commitments...

yesterday, in urgency i ordered food on their app..but i opted put from paytm and preferred cash on delivery.. but somehow they grabbed my paytm wallet and deducted my money. and to my utter dismay food was also pathetic.. for which i had complained multiple times since yesterday. it’s more than 24 hrs.. i even requested them to collect their stale food and refund my money but nobody over there is even bothered to respond.. their customer support representatives are only fooling their customers by giving false commitments and robbing money out of their regular customers like us.

today, i had a guest at home, and i told my kid toordersomething online.. by mistake he ordered on zomato.. theorderwas not even confirmed as it was not even 1 minute and i canceled it immediately... but a message popped up that i would be charged 100% cancellation fee for it and deducted money from my paytm wallet.. the question is how can anybody charge us for an incomplete order.. they deducted my money wherein theorderwas not confirmed yet.. i again argued with their customer support representatives on chat but again those ridiculous replies.. i told them to please keep your food with you and just refund my money.. as i canceled it within a minute and moreover thatorderwas yet not confirmed.. but these cheaters again got successful in robbing my money.

they make us helpless and catch us in their traps by directly grabbing our paytm wallets.. i am really pissed off

please let me know if there is any way out to get my money back from them as it since 1 month... in spite of several complaints these guys are not bothered to respond or refund my money. i am actually feeling helpless

please help me in getting back my money

i would rather prefer to give it to some needy than to these thieves..

if you have never been to starbucks before, go for java chip and double chocolate chip (if you're fan of chocolate) these are the most loved drinks.

if you wanna try something basic, then try cappuccino, latte or espresso.
i don't like strong coffees so i don't choose anything which has bitter coffee taste. read the details on the menu andorderaccording to your taste buds.

however i feel that it's just for an experience of 1 or 2 times. no one wants to spend over 300-400 bucks on a coffee. so if you're looking for a fancy date or just to relax and spend some quality time over chit chat with your loved one than this is the place otw for a coffee, go for danny's 😉

i was having high expectations but you guys miserably failed, instead of cold served hot, then was served again with cold but it wasn’t hazelnut latte and strangely the barista says this is the last time i’ll correct yourorderand macchiato was half filled, i hope you do train your staff better.

i ordered 3 coffee's here but they only tookorderof 2. our latte tasted like cappuccino & as they forgot to took theorderof cappuccino they made something within 2 min and served.
asked for small size got a tall one & got charged for tall.
cappuccino & latte we're horrible in taste.

i tried 3 starbucks in hyderabad but this was really sad & disappointing.

i am a regular to this place and it never disappoints me with regards to coffee.my regularorderhere is white mocha which comes with whipped cream on the top,which was good as usual.we also ordered murgh kathi roll which was a disappointment.

and this was the last outlet in hyderabad which i dint visit , it is located outside of forum mall 
i am a regular visitor for starbucks and i have a good command on the menu and especially i tasted all the frappes(frappuccino) in starbucks 
so , as usually my regular one "java chip" which i ordered  it tasted good as always 
coming to service - it was too fast , the lady was billing and simultaneously was preparing my order 
i was like "damnnnnn"
ambience - starbucks never disappoints with their ambience and that's for sure

coffee fanatic....what can a coffee fanatic expect more if there is a good coffee?? price is far too costly but it will give you the best coffee. my routineorderwill be a frappuccino with a red velvet cake. bit too costly but the red velvet cake here is very good and frankly i can say its very heavy and one cant eat dat easily.

i just love chocklet dring there, so i alwaysorderthe same and enjoy it my bestiee. the way of receiving customer is awsome. price is high

this starbucks is usually very cramped probably because its in a mall.
the last time i was here i had to wait for 15 mins to just pay for myorderbecause their card machine(that they use for the starbucks cards as well) wasnt working. by the time i paid for theorderi got my coffee and almost finished it as well.
plus day one of the staff member( dont really remember the name) was rude when i asked for my free drink during the birthday money month last month.
apart from this the coffee is obviously amazing.
and i ordered the java chocochip frappuccino once and java chocochip frappuccino with hazelnut sauce as an add which tasted amazing. i absolutely loved it !

my friend and i couldn't helporderthe chicken sandwich, chicken kathi roll and the lovely cherry chocolate cake. the kathi roll is alright. there is nothing wrong with this one but i have had better kathi rolls in the past. the chicken sandwich with those chunks of sausages in it look so appealing and it definitely tastes as good as it looks. the cherry chocolate cake is amazing. the combination of different layers of the chocolate sponge, cheesecake (if i am not wrong), tiny cheeries with a topping of chocolate shavings, will blow your mind. the texture of this cake just so good! it has the perfect balance of sweetness to it. this place offers friendly service and a decent ambience. so, i shall give this place a rating of 3.5.
