starbucks coffee

the egg white multigrain croissant was stale. not expected from a high end brand like starbucks. very disappointing. probably won’torderfrom here for a very long time.

i asked for small size - double shot - it was not at all flat white - anyways neverorderyur fav coffee online again

order was over sweetened and whipped cream was missing also the glass was down than half of it.i ordered 4 venti all of them were like this .this was my 4-5 times every time there was something wrong withordernad when i complains they hold me a vocher.this time i did not because i don't want any free coupon the time i need the items was always spoiled by you guys. i respect tata so i did not posted bad comment but this was my last time with starbucks.

java chip tastes terrible! not what it usually tastes. it tasted something else altogether. maybe they sent someorderby mistake. it was that bad. i couldn’t figure whether it was the one i ordered

i’d like to rate maximum for their higher standards of packaging theorderin unique way and of course the taste of java chip frappuccino is inexplicable. starbucks always have all of my heart. ❤️

where are pearls in it? theorderwas not complete.

i placed anorderfor espresso frappuccino grande and this is what i have received by paying exorbitant amount. this is not what is expected atleast from starbucks. disappointed and wastage of time and money. the coffee doesn’t even taste like coffee. there was no straws or tissue paper accompanying the order. and zomato refused to reimburse entire amount.

restaurant took too long to prepare theorder- had to wait longer than usual.

myorderisn't right. i ordered hot chocolate with shipped cream and this doesn't have any cream. i paid extra for the cream as well and it's very disappointing

worst sandwich ever. it was only bread and cheese. look at the picture. in the picture the sandwich shows. one layer of coleslaw and the other layer is of vegetables. but i only received bread n cheese. would neverorderfrom starbuck again. also i will inform my friends and family not toorderfrom starbucks.

i always liked starbucks so much but i didn't like the experience at all this time... i didn't plan to go there but saw a board saying that one can get a beverage for 150 rupees so just felt like trying, i told the woman there that i wanted toordera double chocolate chip frappucino but she tried to change myorderto something by recommending some other thing and after telling to the women there that i got the voucher to get the 150 rupees she again tried to bill the drink for 350 bucks... i mean what is she even trying to do?? and double chocolate chip is my favourite but this time they added more ice than usual and very less chocolate!! there was no flavour or anything i could just taste some milk and ice that's it!!! and i think its because of the promotional event for 150 beverage or whatever but i really felt disappointed by their behaviour and my experience is very bad not going to this particular starbucks ever.

ordered a new york cheese cake... it was awesome and no complaints on this front.

what puts off is the behaviour of the staff at this store. being humble and courteous needs no money and no brand. the staff is either working against their will or lazy and they come hard on you.

here's my experience.

i walked into to the store (sanitized my hands at the entrances) as soon as i stepped in, the staff asked me to step out of the store... as the cashier/security wanted to scan my temperature. i can understand small places like these can be under staffed or be given with multiple roles (being at cash counter to take orders and to scan people at the entrances).

now coming to the ordering part.

there's a big banner asking you to scan andorderfood but that doesn't happen. the cashier/security will call you to the counter and you will have to stand in queue and order.!! still din get why the scanner was placed... any how.. while ordering... you will have to scream!! yeah scream!! the guy won't be able to hear you and he will not let you remove the mask.

you can remove mask only when you take a table after ordering. logically it's absurd.

the disgrace is when they dring you food. the cashier is again serving you this time... with one eye on the cash counter and one at the entrance door.

you can guess how the plate would be given to you... typical indian prison food delivery what we see in movies.


now just imagine the pain i went through to type this crap over here!! just feel the disgust.

starbucks!! with the amazing food you serve... please have some staff who are welcoming and humble. end of the day that's what matters most!!

don't be offended by all the words.. and nothing against the gentleman who was at the counter. he might have had a tough day.

this was my first time at starbucks!! hoping to visit again but one last time, will continue only if the hospitality is good and staff are humble.

don’t everorderdelivery from starbucks if you have allergies!

i hadordertwo hot chocolates. one of them was dairy free. i have a high end lactose intolerance. these people sent both the orders without labelling any. my mom couldn’t figure out the difference, so i had to taste both. luckily, the first one i tasted was dairy free. otherwise, it would have been a nightmare for me. starbucks don’t care about your allergies. they don’t care if you live or die. just few lazy employees doing their best at being worst. i wish i could give them negative stars.

i ordered signature hot chocolate with whipp cream and caremel syrup but there was no whipp cream and syrup at all its too bad they don't send what youorderplease don'torderfrom here

well reviewing starbucks is like telling your mom everytime that you are the best among all. but being a crtitic and reviewer it's our duty to mention what we tried and how does it tasted. althoughi hardly do experiment with myorderand being a hot chocolate lover (no matter what weather it is) i always try toordertheeir signature hot chocolate.
to accompany someone always made me taste different options like this time we tried :
- hibiscus passion lemonade
- vanilla mango pooper frappuccino
- hot chocolate (of course)

ratings would always be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
no matter what starbucks is 💝💝
