there was a leak and packaging wasn’t done well. needed it to be clean and better. notgoodfor the price.

it is one of the best places to have nice evening snacks and coffee.. they have limited variety to eat.. the staff isgoodand the place is quite clean .. though it is little bit expensive..

well we were the last customers here and it happened that they closed and we were suting inside as they were completing their close up formalities of the day, meanwhile our one of us went to use washroom and we ended up waiting for her.
but one of the staff shouted at us stating we should exit the outlet to which i replied him with valid reason.
and that was the last time we went there.
coffees are meant to have agoodtime and we can have it anywhere around bhopal in peace and withgoodmemories. who says you need a brand of coffee!

90% hype 10% taste. not sure if there is anything actually tastesgoodover here. i tried chicken cheese toast which felt like having hard biscuits 😐 n scrambled eggs and chicken whole wheat wrap just felt flat.

the taste of the signature hot chocolate wasgoodbut even though i had paid extra for the whipped cream , they had not added . usually i would not complain about such a minor infraction , but if you ask for extra money for an ingredient , then you need to make sure that you add that ingredient .

ordered a new york cheese cake... it was awesome and no complaints on this front.

what puts off is the behaviour of the staff at this store. being humble and courteous needs no money and no brand. the staff is either working against their will or lazy and they come hard on you.

here's my experience.

i walked into to the store (sanitized my hands at the entrances) as soon as i stepped in, the staff asked me to step out of the store... as the cashier/security wanted to scan my temperature. i can understand small places like these can be under staffed or be given with multiple roles (being at cash counter to take orders and to scan people at the entrances).

now coming to the ordering part.

there's a big banner asking you to scan and order food but that doesn't happen. the cashier/security will call you to the counter and you will have to stand in queue and order.!! still din get why the scanner was placed... any how.. while ordering... you will have to scream!! yeah scream!! the guy won't be able to hear you and he will not let you remove the mask.

you can remove mask only when you take a table after ordering. logically it's absurd.

the disgrace is when they dring you food. the cashier is again serving you this time... with one eye on the cash counter and one at the entrance door.

you can guess how the plate would be given to you... typical indian prison food delivery what we see in movies.


now just imagine the pain i went through to type this crap over here!! just feel the disgust.

starbucks!! with the amazing food you serve... please have some staff who are welcoming and humble. end of the day that's what matters most!!

don't be offended by all the words.. and nothing against the gentleman who was at the counter. he might have had a tough day.

this was my first time at starbucks!! hoping to visit again but one last time, will continue only if the hospitality isgoodand staff are humble.

tried their cafe mocha and chocolate frappuccino. it was good. nice place andgoodservice. overallgoodexperience.
