i ordered a tall wmf and a short psl to go. both with whipped cream. i got upgraded to a grande wmf based my starbucks card.
since the bag was packed nicely we did not check the size and based on my past experience with starbucks i have never had to check the quantity. but on reaching work and opening my drink
this is what i got
a tall wmf which has the flat lid so the whipped cream is added by reducing mycoffeequantity and the psl did not have the whipped cream at all.
so i did not get the upgrade nor did i get the regular quantity for tall.
this is highly unexpected from starbucks.
