delivery boy said he was new so he didn't know what to do. by the timecoffeearrived it was cold. delivery boy is saying truth or a lie, it is upto zomato to look into it

pathetic service by zomato, the delivery partner lied saying he delivered thecoffeeat the main gate , but when i checked the cctv footage, in which i can see he clearly walked back outside with thecoffeeparcel on his bike , holding it with his left hand at 12:05 pm to 12:07 pm today

i am a pro customer still this service by zomato.. this is done by zomato's dilvery boy mukesh he brought mycoffeefully spilled all three coffee..not even one of them was proper n fully filled..after delivering this packet in this condition he ran away n got disappeared like a ghost in seconds.. my husband kept calling him but stopped picking up our calls.. what kind of behaviour is zomato n starbucks?? highly disappointed.. spended 30mins ordering n waited 55mins for it to get dilvered n then u get is this.. the whole main thing is totally damaged .. n then the zomato guy abhisheik says sorry we can't replace the order.. worst service zomato.. loosing a customer here.. not recommending too anyone hence forth..
