we needed something like this in the southern suburbs! tried the sunshine juice which wasgreatand the almond butter toast and my friend had the fresh mint juice and chia party. all really good and fast, will definitely be back

stunning little place that i stumbled upon in newlands.greatambience, food to die for, friendly staff, and very quaint. plus, it's health oriented so you don't have to worry too much about calorie tracking! five stars, and would definitely recommend.

this place is agreatlittle haunt with awesome healthy meals and juices and wifi ;) the service is also really friendly. looking out onto beautiful dean street is not a bad view either.

good smoothies, though the people here are more or less constantly glowing so it's difficult to swing by when you're hungover and feeling wretched. this said the espresso almond milk is just a reallygreatway to trick your body into thinking that it's worth living for even a few hours more.

my friends and i had a wonderful experience here today. this is agreatplace to get a quick, healthy and delicious smoothie/ juice in the area. i will definitely be back and i can't wait to try some of their meals next time.

the chia party and avocado toast are both amazing, decently priced and very well made. i would definitely recommend these 2 items off the menu. friendly staff and agreatspot to hang out and grab something that tastes good and is healthy, too.

the location of rootbar suits me perfectly as i live up the road from it. i am also an on the go person so grabbing a smoothie/juice for pre/post gym or even before running errands isgreatas its healthy firstly and secondly sustains me throughout my day/afternoon. my favourite pressed juice would have to be "deep rooted" and favourite smoothie would be the caffe energizer because who doesn't love a little kick of coffee in their smoothie.

everything we have tried at rootbar has been tasty (and healthy). their juices are great, my favorite so far is the green juice - nice mix of green fruit and veg. their chia party is a tasty and filling breakfast option. chia, berries, granola, nuts and cashew milk make for a delicious bowl of goodness. they serve up agreatflat white and americano (using truth coffee) and their gluten free brownies are the perfect afternoon treat. they also have friendly staff and agreatspace. give them a visit for sure!

this place is one of my favorite places to be at in the late mornings, especially on weekends for agreathealthy smoothie, the best part is i don't even feel bad about it since we get judged for everything we eat these days. can't wait to see the new renovations on monday!🍴

agreatplace to go if you're craving something delicious but want to feel healthy at the same time! a really wide selection of smoothies is on offer, meaning you'll be back several times to make sure you try all the different deliciousness! they are often extremely busy (being so popular) so i did have to wait a bit to be helped, but the wait was worth it!

this little health hub is one of my new favourite places to go. it's owners are friendly and generous and the food is amazing! i have loved all the juices i've tried there and the quinoa bowl was delicious. the chocolate protein balls are also amazing! the decor is sogreatand i'd defs recommend a pop in.
