hate i spent that much for really bad sushi!. i am staying in town for the week for work, and got off early so decided to go byroninto get some sushi togo. really bad idea i came to find out. i ordered the rocknroll, phili roll, vegetable tempura and the house salad with ginger dressing. i should have checked everything before i left. the fish in the sushi was old. it was mushy and smelled bad. the tempura was way too heavy of a batter and too thick and had no flavor whatsoever, not even the dipping sauce. no flavor. the vegetables were par-cooked before frying, which made them taste canned, seriously, i know. the asparagus especially. and not to mention, expensive!! i hate i spent so much for some crap food. don't waste your time or money!!

best japanese yet. i choose to useroninfor all of my parties, family event, etc. they have the best food and the best service! i don't eat sushi but their other choices on the menu are amazing! i eat the steak:) hope i can help with your decision to eat there!

consistently good. sushi has become something of a passion, and it's a rare week that we don't indulge our sushi craving. ronin's sushi is delicious. we love theroninsalad, which includes a nice mix of fish, seaweed, and vegetables (cucumber, carrot). be sure to check the specials, which often include seasonal or new offerings.

awesome !!!.roninwas by far the best place i have eaten in a really long time . they had the freshest sushi which is more than i can say for just about all of the other sushi restaurants around the monroe/west monroe area . the food from the hibachi and sushi was excellent and the service was wonderful . we were seated promptly greeted nicely and visited by the manager to make sure our meal was great (and it was) i really enjoyed myself atroninjapanese hibachi steak & sushi and would definitely recommend anyone to go there and try it for themselves !

i'll be back!. we ate our lunch today in ruston, la. i had the tunaronindinner from the menu. i like it fresh, tender, and rare. i've eaten it in los angeles, dallas, houston, cincinnati, college station, huntsville, hot springs, and many other cities. my tuna was cooked perfectly - the best i've ever eaten!

the presentations were beautiful. there was even an orchid on the appetizer plate!

all of us were very well satisfied and will be going back!

wonderful!!!. we go toroninweekly and it is simply the best sushi in the monroe/west monroe area and we've tried them all. the service is always excellent and everything we've eaten there is so fresh and delicious. highly recommended!!!!!

excellent sushi! they did a great job transforming it from rj gators. i wasn't expecting it to be so nice. if you are a sashimi fan, try theroninsashimi combo. this really is our favorite sushi spot in monroe.
