ramen nagi offers excellent flavours of ramen. my personal favorite is green king with tamago.

they have limited flavours every month and it never disappoints.

service is fast and servers are courteous and nice.

i have been in this branch only once and ordered butao ramen which is perfectly paired with gyoza. though it may be pricey, worth it naman because of the generous servings.

i was kinda impress with my first time here. it was a ramen date with my gf hahaha and i was blown away with the size portion. i guess among the many ramen shops that i visited - ramen nagi has the biggest size portion. one order can be enjoyed by two. but of course, i had two different orders and more. one of the places i never missed to visit once in a while.

ramen nagi emanates japan all the way through. i love the interiors particularly the cloth banners. the condiments are usually placed at every table. it's very interactive with the customers as they you can customize your ramen as well as all the additional condiments and flavorings. before eating, the servers handed bibs for us. they know that the ramen is so good it's going to be messy alright.

i brought my balikbayan sister here to taste one of the finest ramen restaurants in town. she was craving for ramen on her flight going to manila so i thought of bringing her here. she ordered the original butao king and loved its rich taste. she said thatbit was even better than the ramen she ate during one of her stopover.

my partner and i love to explore all the high rating ramen houses in metro manila so we went here to try ramen nagi. we need to mark down our orders and choose whether to customize our own or just leave it to the chef's recommendation. we chose to have it customized on our own. we ordered the black king and the red king, both to have its rich flavor, normal cooked noodles, with cabbage for the vegetable on black king and green onions for the red king, belly part for the black king and shoulder part for the red king, 1 spicy for black and an automatic 5 spicy for red. and 2 extra noodles.

reviews and feedbacks were not wrong. one of the best tasting ramen houses! it's just that we thought that there will be nori on our ramen. good thing that we chose to have the rich flavor on our ramen. the extra noodles that we ordered or the kaedama, which we ordered to be normally cooked, was kind of undercooked that's why we didin't finish the extra noodles that we ordered. also, the kaedema was thinner than the noodles served on the ramen. good thing that a staff offered us a garment for the protection from stains on our clothes.

for the place, the lighting is bright, the store was kind of small but can occupy atleast 60 customers i guess. and the staff were very accommodating and friendly

food is good, no doubt. table service is efficient and staffs are very attentive. but service at the waiting area badly needs improvement. badly.

ate girl always insists that we seat on a sharing table. all of the time, everytime we dine there, even if there are vacant tables! we could have understood if it is full house (which we gladly share a table during our past visits), but if there is vacant table, please let us seat there. who wants to share a table with strangers?

(most recent visit 5/8/18, pm) we did not even bother to eat since nakakawalang ganang makipagusap yung wait staff, and very rude. the past visits we ignore this behavior by the same staff since we really just want to enjoy and eat, pero nakakasawang walang respect yung wait staff.

note that this happens everytime we visit (almost 3-4x a month btw).

ramen nagi you need to fix this. customers are paying a premium to have that kind of service.i understand that you want a peg which is something like ramen shops in japan, but do please take into consideration sensibilities of your customers, especially when it comes to eating experience/ambiance.

soul-warming ramen served so generously with flavor and portion. my mom and my brothers are into japanese food more than i do but ramen nagi made me think twice of what i was missing in life. you will be presented with a clipboard if you'll be getting ramen. you yourself will dictate how you like your ramen. i always go for butao, with a rich broth. into a little spin? go for the chef's choice and let the chef determine your fate.

they don't have a take-out menu because according to them, the flavor of the ramen might get affected and they would like to preserve their quality in a much-controlled environment. you can go cray with their karaage too. perfect for people who seek a bowl of comfort and a heartful of flavor.

ramen nagi is consistent with their flavor in this branch and the one in greenbelt. i hope i get to try all the other branches in hopes that this holds true. they have generous portions of servings for one. i could not even get to finish it. wait staff that week night we dined were accommodating and service was fast. props to mark and his crew up to the chefs inside who did a good job. thank you.

if you want authentic ramen then this is the place to go. service is fast, place gives you that feel of eating ramen at a street kiosk in japan but with a touch more of luxury. choices of ramen is great, even better is you get to customize it to your liking. for first timers i suggest you go for the butao king to get that authentic ramen taste. if your feeling a bit adventurous you should try the red king. i already visited this place twice.. never disappointed with the service and food. will be looking forward to trying the black and green king when i visit again

disclaimer, this was my first time ever going to a "ramen house". thus i was excited to finally experience real ramen. ok all that said.... this place was a delight! the ambience, the smells, the presentation of the dishes... all delightful! and the taste, was terrific. i was surprised of the intricacies of the process of ordering your ramen. it was not complicated. but at the same time, they have options to let you tailor your ramen experience - the firmness of the noodles, the richness of the broth, the spiciness level, the seasoning profile, the pork protein, and vegetable, and then there are extra toppings/infusions you can add for added fees of course.

this place excels at keeping it simple with a heightened level. meaning, there aren't many base flavors to choose from (4 to be exact), and there's only pork as the meat option... their whole system works. in part because ramen is compromised of basic elements, and the other part; because it's efficient, leading to a consistent product every time you go. and consistency is a big factor in regards to food. though i will say i do wish they had a few more protein options namely chicken or fish/seafood.

the pricing is a bit pricey. but it's a quality product. and you won't leave hungry. the serving size is large. the pics attached are from the first time we checked this place out. it was a flavor learning encounter hahaa. the next time we went, i kicked it up in flavor selections. thus, if you're like me and you're not afraid of kickn flavor.... select: "rich" for your broth, "heavy garlic", and at least "level 2 for spiciness", and "green onions", and finally "pork belly" always. you won't be disappointed. oh and btw... red king is legendary!

made a mistake eating here. ramen is oily and salty, portion is tiny, value is poor. you're better off with ukkokei ramen ron in mh del pilar cor quirino ave for your ramen cravings.

i've been here twice with my boyfriend. the first time i went here, i ticked off the chef's recommendation because i had no idea what to get.

anyway, the second time, i dared myself to try the green king. it's ramen with pesto sauce. pesto. i love pesto.

it couldn't go wrong. i absolutely loved it and will definitely have one again. i chose to get hard noodles because that's the perfect texture for me.

tip: i think i chose level 2 spicy, and for me it almost overpowered the pesto taste. i'm going to choose level 1 next time.

the servers were very attentive. the only thing i didn't like about the place is how open and exposed to mall-goers it is. i think that's what most (if not all) customers find dislikable. they should really find a new location within the mall.

overall, the food was great. photos are on my boyfriend's phone and will upload once i get them from him.

it's really worth the try!
