ramen nagi emanates japan all the way through. i love the interiors particularly the cloth banners. the condiments are usually placed at every table. it's very interactive with the customers as they you can customize your ramen as well as all the additional condiments and flavorings. before eating, the servers handed bibs for us. they know that the ramen is sogoodit's going to be messy alright.

my partner and i love to explore all the high rating ramen houses in metro manila so we went here to try ramen nagi. we need to mark down our orders and choose whether to customize our own or just leave it to the chef's recommendation. we chose to have it customized on our own. we ordered the black king and the red king, both to have its rich flavor, normal cooked noodles, with cabbage for the vegetable on black king and green onions for the red king, belly part for the black king and shoulder part for the red king, 1 spicy for black and an automatic 5 spicy for red. and 2 extra noodles.

reviews and feedbacks were not wrong. one of the best tasting ramen houses! it's just that we thought that there will be nori on our ramen.goodthing that we chose to have the rich flavor on our ramen. the extra noodles that we ordered or the kaedama, which we ordered to be normally cooked, was kind of undercooked that's why we didin't finish the extra noodles that we ordered. also, the kaedema was thinner than the noodles served on the ramen.goodthing that a staff offered us a garment for the protection from stains on our clothes.

for the place, the lighting is bright, the store was kind of small but can occupy atleast 60 customers i guess. and the staff were very accommodating and friendly

ramen nagi is consistent with their flavor in this branch and the one in greenbelt. i hope i get to try all the other branches in hopes that this holds true. they have generous portions of servings for one. i could not even get to finish it. wait staff that week night we dined were accommodating and service was fast. props to mark and his crew up to the chefs inside who did agoodjob. thank you.

have been on the lookout for somegoodramen spots and as i have been hearing and reading plenty ofgoodthings about ramen nagi, i’ve decided to give it a try. as i usually go for the spicy stuff, i ordered their red king.

one of the things i really liked about ramen nagi was that they gave you the option to customize your order, so seeing as they allowed you to select which level of spiciness it is that you wanted, i decided to go crazy. i opted for level 10 but was then told that the red king had the default spiciness level of 5, so my friends asked me to maybe tone the crazy down a bit and just try level 5 first.

several minutes later and the red king finally arrived to our table. i then tried it and found that 5 was definitely not the crazy spicy that i have been looking for and so i asked the server to go from level 5 to level 7...little did i know, there had been a slight misunderstanding with what i had requested for and he asked the cook to add 7 more levels. 😂 and i guess it was honestly the best misunderstanding ever as level 12 was exactly the kind of crazy spicy i have been craving for! 🌶🤤🌶

ramen nagi is definitely a must try for ramen lovers out there. now i know which level to go for the next time we come back for more. kinda wish they had a couple more branches in the south.

i like it that i am able to customize my ramen to my own preference.goodthing they also have some other menu options that you can choose from like the pork katsu roll.

my ramen nagi experience was verygoodin terms of food service and the taste of the ramen. i can say that it is one of the fewgoodramen restaurants that serves not so oily soup and firm noodles. maybe they might want to add more choices from their menu so there would be variance everytime people will visit their place. but over all, everything works out fine :)

original king ramen is best for you to try if you're a newbie in ramen tasting. the noodles, pork and spices were very good. but if you have a weak tummy the seaweeds in it ain'tgoodfor you; it's yummy and crunchy though and i love it. for those who are creative, i can suggest the customized ramen where you can make your own bowl.

ramen nagi is always our fave go to ramen place. we love how customizable it can be depending on your preference. the serving isgoodenough, not too much to make you umay and not too little. the broth is always great. also, the tamago is so underrated!!!! it's very tasty ❤️

waited months to dine there because of the quarantine. can't count the number how many it has been.
today, i ordered butao, as i always have, the service may not be what it used be, well, the staff is not as friendly as before but i can let that slide. the broth is not at all delish, it's bland!!
gotta put agoodamount of pepper but didn't do anything.
i was super upset. my go-to ramen house is not asgoodas before. there were hiccups even before the pandemic hit but that was okay.
i feel like the management ought to do something about this.
sadly, they don't have on the spot reviews at the store.
i'm hoping they'll do something about the way the ramen's cook asap otherwise they'll lose patrons. 😔

our first time last night feb 13, 2020, i chose the green broth soup, i was shocked it was italian with basil and cheese etc. it wasgoodi finished it. but sadly my wife and i got a bad stomach. food is dirty.. might be the egg or the other side dishes. there is definitely high micro count in what we ate.. the soup needs to ber very hot at 90celsius when served. so that atleast all side dishes that are put in the soup gets dipped to at least 75 degrees celsius. will not go back to this place.

tried their red king, butao, and pork cheese rolls.
the whole ordering experience is deliberate as they give us a list where we choose however our ramen is to be prepared, a must have for ramen shops. i love that they do this 💕
for red king, i've chosen 7+3 spice. but it was not that spicy for me since i prefer a really spicy one. i've had pork shoulder which was soft and melted in my mouth.
my bf ordered butao..didnt taste it but he said it was good. glad he liked it 💕
for pork rolls, they have cheese in it. badically a pork belly roll on a bed of shredded cabbage. it wasgoodand does not feel too heavy 💕💞💞💞,💞

we ate here last night because we were craving for ramen. it was around 9pm and it was full of people. they have small tables and all of them are for sharing so it was a bit uncomfortable for us to talk because the place is not really quiet and the other people who share your table are so close that we cannot talk privately.

it was also our first time so we did not know how to customize the order because the taste might come out a disaster so we just selected the chef's recommendation for the original butao and the black king. both taste good! i am not a fan of spicy food but i was actually able to finish the whole thing even if it's spicy (it's spicy for me but i think for others who are used to spicy food will say that it's just right). the meat is tender. i also like the way they cook the egg. it goes perfectly with the noodles. i also did not expect the black king to taste sogoodas i have not tried that flavor before.

i love the food we ordered and the way we were served. just maybe the sharing of the table is the downside to the experience but we will definitely go back here.

first time namin na ma-try ang ramen nagi cos we always dine sa other ramen store.

-safe naman piliin yung original king ramen nila for rookie eaters.
and the curry tama lang yung crisp niya tastegoodtalaga.
-medyo natagalan lang ang servings nila, gutom nadin kasi kami kaya medyo nainip.

over all experience is a yes! for me, will definitely coming back.

i always went here when i’am with my parents and i love it. it is just that the food portions are too big for me and i am usually left with a big bowl of soup. and when the waiter gives you gyoza and asks if you want the sauce poured, unless you like spicy, don’t say yes! i also like how you can choose what to add.
overall it is agoodrestaurant and i will always come here! 🥟🌶🙅‍♂️
