delicious organic village breakfast. this place is a must visit. anyone planning to visitthegalata tower should first have breakfast here and then head to galata tower as this restaurent is just next tothetower. actually fromtherestaurent you can have a good view ofthegalata tower. we orderedthetraditional breakfast. what a spread!!! thebreakfast comprised of many small dishes, many home-made, organic and no added sugar!!thefirst round of dishes were different cheeses, olives, different stewed fruits, hazelnut spread, salsas, honey, etc. then camethehot dishes - fried eggs with sausages, two different pancakes and spinach crepe. all of this was 40 tl per person. it wasn'tthecheapest, but was definitely worth it!!. highly recommended it!!

everything was so fresh and delicious. also this place is run by a very beautiful lady (effects of organic food i guess) and she was very friendly with us . it's a small restaurent with a tra

visited today for breakfast. hadthevillage breakfast which was a light and tasty local breakfast, consisting of cheeses, breads, scrambled egg, preserves, honey, more cheese, some fruit and salted cherries ... all in all a healthy start totheday!

with a frappe, strawberry lemon drink and orange juice it came to 86tl ... possibly a bit much for what it is but a great way to start your day andtheroom itself was nice and cosy with a good outside space atthefront too.

definitely worth a look for breakfast in galata area.

was in istanbul for one day with work, found some pictures on instagram and looked this place up. was easy to find, just offthemajor pedestrian street. small, quiet & quaint.thelentil soup was beyond my expectations. they had a great deal on for soup, salad and catch oftheday, but i just wanted a small meal. great price point, seating ontheporch has heated lamps. was a good spot for lunch andthesage tea was a new for me

terrible service and a rude, disrespectful owner that might kick you out during you eat your breakfast. well  i could understandthebad service somehow, imaginingthestaff is paid ridicilous salaries etc. but there is no way one can toleratetheowners attitude.

i must say thatthebreakfast was good though :)

i had high hopes for this restaurant as i had heard it recommended by several people. unfortunately, i think this restaurant is geared towardthetourist and foreigner crowd. even thoughthefood selection was quite good (village breakfast & meze platter),theportions were incredibly small and prices exorbitant. good location and cute cafe but really not worth it. just go to a village and get your own 'village breakfast.'

indeed it is a private cafe. hidden in one ofthesmall side streets of galata area. we found it at last and hadthechance to be seated at a table onthepavement ontheopposite side ofthestreet. we feltthewhole street has been privatized for our culinary experience.
small plates were served and all were magically yummy.thefood was all vegetarian and all homemade and organic. we finished with herbal tea served in very hip bohemian chic china.
a sensational experience not to be missed if someone likes this type of adventure.

i have been reccomended for a friend to try this place.therestaurant is very authentique and nice but never say something totheowner regarding he's food because you be out oftherestaurant as you did not expect. i order this morning a breakfast. first impression was very good but when i trythedifferent jam it was looking like cook fruit in water it was absolutly no tasty. after i mooslty finish what i have front of me wich was aboslutly ok ( cheese and olive and salat and bred) then come 30 min later with pancake and eggs and some borek unfortunately with was very grasy for my taste...whenthewaiter come and she i ask me i just explain that i did not likethejam andthebörek and pancake was grasy thentheowner come and ask me if i don't like what i was doing here? i should pay my bills and go somewhere else. he say to me here it is like that and you are not welcome. i realized that other peole facethesame experience then me on zomatto. shame on you for your rude attitude....
as i can see i am notthefirst one to say that
