grass-fed gem!!. finding this place was like unwrapping a much-anticipated christmas present, while i was at home visiting family in okc for the holidays. now that i reside in los angeles, i experience a bit of culture shock when i visit oklahoma only to discover that grass-fed beef burger restaurants just aren't so easy to come by -- not yet, anyway. but patty wagon is helping to change that. as we enjoyed our meal, my family and i had a nice chat with the owner, during which he shared his knowledge of the beef market, how to find the best beef, and even how pricey it is to get a hold of organic produce. so, though it's not necessarily a mecca of all things healthy (they serve fries and soda too), their deliciously yummy grass-fed beef certainly is a step in the right direction -- especially for oklahoma, where these kinds of steps are not only necessary, but urgently so! thank you so much to bryce for starting up this wonderful burger joint, and giving my family a tasty, satisfying alternative to the literally sickening overabundance of immune-compromising, genetically modified corn-fed meats. it is my hope that locals can help to support you in your very important endeavor... and anything i can do to help, just say the word!! awesome meeting you... i'll count on seeing you again next year! :-) :-) :-)

best. burger. ever.. had dinner there on saturday evening and loved it! the bun is amazing and toasted perfectly. love the fact that their beef is local and grass-fed - it was great! the patties seem to be a 'self' patty and made for a juicy burger. not greasy, which i love! they had a variety of cheeses, which is a nice change. loved their pw sauce 2 which is mustard based. can't speak about sauce 1 as none o us tried it. great old fashioned burger! oh, no bacon which we wanted. also the chocolate cake was basic, but delicious and moist.

this is an outdoor truck and it was hotter than blazes that night. however they have picnic tables with big umbrellas which worked well enough that we ate outside. nice idea!

awful service! wait 45 minutes and still no food? really? two times in a row. ended up going back to work without lunch!

best burger in town! that's all you need to know, but there are a few things you may want to know as well. it is locally owned and operated. they are very environmentally friendly. everything is bio degradable, all beef is grass fed and locally sourced. the buns are unbelievably good taste almost like giant hawaiian rolls! i could not recommend this place more. we love it!

very clean. we have eaten here several times and the place is always spotless. so surprised to see that some thought it wasn't.
my husband loves the officer pat combo. great burger, perfectly seasoned, love the bun and the veggies on his burger. almost enough to make me want to break my diet and eat one!
i always have the turkey sandwich, without the bacon. real turkey on a wheat bun. yum!
they have cute kids items. officer cheesy with a choice of real cheese, or a jr officer -- same great beef in a small package. they sometimes have corn dogs which my kids love.
this is a terrific family place! we eat here at least once a week. they are also eco friendly -- hard to find in the city. love patty wagon!

fantastic. i understand one of the previous poster's comment about the cleanliness - in fact, i think we were there at the same time. the tables needed to wiped down, for sure - i think we grabbed one of the few clean ones. the food is really where these guys excel, though. the burger was amazing! i love s&b - definitely one of the best in the metro. patty wagon is right up there, too. love the hand cut, fresh fries. i didn't think they were overly salted - mine were perfectly seasoned. will definitely be going back for more.

we went for the first time on 10/27/12 & i have to agree with reviewer mike that the place was filthy! table tops, floors & ladies room had trash & dead crickets on floor. i hope this was abnormal because the food was delicious! my husband & i each ordered fries but 1 would be more than enough for us to split - we took leftovers home & husband reheated for dinner. i got the thunder bird sandwich - so big we could have split it! thick slices of turkey ( not sandwich meat) with 3 slices bacon, lettuce, tomato on wheat toast with sauce #2 (mustard) - i stuffed myself eating this entire wonderful sandwich & only ate a few fries. cashier talked husband into getting a double - more than he needed. next time he will get a single with bacon ( he liked how mine looked). we will give them another try since food was so good but the cleanliness of the restaurant needs to improve.

filthy. when i walked through the front door, there were around five or six people inside. one of them was sitting in a booth by himself talking across the restaurant. my first thought was what an obnoxious guest. when i walked up to the counter, this gentleman got up and walked behind the counter to take the order. i immediately thought "this was the obnoxious guy that was yelling? what a great first impression." he took the order, my wife and i go to get a drink. no ice. ok, he said he would refill the ice machine. no biggie. go to a table to sit. the problem is every single table in the place was filthy. the floor matched. we had to place napkins on the table to put our food so that we weren't disgusted completely. got the food. the burger was good. the fries were ridiculously oversalted.

will not be back. an advice to management, maybe instead of sitting around talking (or yelling) when you have no customers ordering, you could clean the filthy tables, the disgusting floor, or take the time to refill the ice machine.

great ingredients. patty wagon uses grass-fed beef in their burgers as well as other great fresh ingredients. the final product is delicious and a cut above the normal restaurant offerings as far as a "healthy" burger goes. the special sauces are also excellent.

all i can say is that any place that has the number 1 fixed with green chiles and jalapeño is my kind of place. the sweet bun mixed with the spicy peppers and fresh local beef is perfection. i am a pretty health conscious guy, but i crave that burger almost daily!

oh my gosh, best hamburger i have ate for asking as i can remember. service was great, place was clean, yummy yummy:-)

10-13-12. i live right near this place so i called in a to-go order and my b/f picked it up. i loved my burger and fries! i did order a chocolate shake, which of course was completely melted. my only complaint was the shake, and not about the melted part. it just tasted extremely off... almost like a bad vanilla shake. they boast about their "real ice cream" shakes so i was really expecting something delightful and was disappointed. i will definitely be going back for a burger though.

might be the best burger i have ever had and i'm a huge fan of in n out burger if that means anything to you...

patty wagon serves the best burgers in okc. the local, grass-fed beef is amazing. they serve fresh, locally purchased produce. the slightly sweet sourdough bun is delicious, although some people say it's a little too sweet. for those people i recommend the wheat bun as an alternative. give this place a try and i promise you won't be disappointed.
i like s&b's and tucker's, but i love patty wagon! trust me on this one, i am honest abe.
