food came dripping. the delivery person has not handled the package properly

jolada roti, akki roti, neer dosa portion size is too less for the rate they charge

stale rotten dirty oil food. chicken rotten. atleast 2 months old. 

not opened my food order yet. the whole pack is so oily. the boxes are not taped/ sealed. didn't expect this from oota

too costly. one holige for 250 rs. tasty but price is too high

qty of vegetable for rs 450 is too little worth about rs 100. it is exorbitant for the qty.

taste packing is good.

i order 7 plate neer dose. so i should get 14 dose. but i got only 7 neer dose. but in menu it says 1 plate contain 2 dose.

ordered akki roti and beer dosa but received them with no chutney

too thin and too dry could not eat it at all. the chef need really try a different way of making this

it was yummy and tasty. i would like order more of this dish. and must say that packing was amazing and unique.

the food here is always good. they have authentic mangalorean dishes.

went for the special 13th april ugadi lunch. it's not our first in oota and have loved their food n service , so we were excited to be there at lunch today . we got the menu also in whatsapp and it looked preety ok ok for the items they were planning for a special menu , but we had hope that it will definitely have some special factor as it's getting served in oota and that too for a price of 850+ taxes .. but highly highly disappointed to say that the food was less than ordinary.. it was as ordinary as any meal / thali we get anywhere in bangalore for a price of 200/ approx . the special thali was not even served on banana leaf .. it was not even unlimited, very very less portion was served like a spoon ful of palya per person, 3 pecies of small banana bajji per person.. the sambal rice dal rasam were kept in bowl for 4 persons and by the time we reached to sambar n rasam they were completely cold .. there was no ghee on top of rice, no curd rice to end, no special dish on the thali that could justify why the thali should be 850/+ taxes ..

the food is good. the problem is they take away items from the delivery menu. donne chicken biryani is one of my favorite item and it wasn't available last week for delivery. can't rely. .

too expensive for the quantity provided... not even 100 gms. though the idea of using a container not made from plastic is a good idea, the cardboard is not that effective to prevent spillage or leakage.
