excellent food, great service. shout out to nishant, the owner of the restaurant, for actively seeking out feedback and implementing remedial steps as and when required. quality control is the most essential part of an f&b business and these folks get it. kudos.

update: i tried the fish again and i must say they have redeemed themselves. the fish was cooked well and flaky. the sauce had a little punch. i must say that the fish is a good choice for delivery. to be noted is the pains the owner went to ensure i tasted the fish he wanted to serve.

i'm a continent food lover. so this is one of my favourite place in bangalore. the quality, quantity of the foods are really good. the staffs are also very friendly..love this place

my favourite place in hsr, when i want to have a good steak. we were a group of 4, and ordered a penne alfredo supreme (seafood), what's at steak(chicken), the pork knight rises and the ho lee chow (pork steak). every single item was impressive, starting from the presentation, the quantity, and of course the taste.
what adds on, is nishant, the owner of the place, himself takes the order and provides suggestions on the food....expert advice.
would always keep coming back.

one of the best stakes i've ever had. jack daniels steak, honey chilli chicken steak, and dont really remember the name but an extra spicy chicken steak just tastes really good. the quantity in which they serve is more than enough you are hungry and you entered this place. i'm sure you will be full. the taste is too good. more than enough sides provided with the steamist try if you live steak. good ambience and reasonable price. defenetly a must try restaurant.

absolutely delicious sizzlers, steaks and burgers! went for dinner with my family. the host was especially charming and made an effort to make my 2 year old niece feel very comfortable and happy! they even made some specific food to order for her!

really really tasty beef and pork burgers!
veggie burgers are very good too.
bacon is well done :)
the steaks and sizzlers tasted very good
will definitely go back here.

the music is not too loud and good for evenings out with friends and family.
staff is polite.

one of the most delicious steak ever. i have tried a lot of places for steak but nothing can beat once upon a flame.
before going there i checked few reviews and everyone was gushing about their mashed potatoes. it is really amazing, it just melts in your mouth.
the staff is courteous, sometimes the owner comes down and asks if there's any change to be done.
it's very clean, ambience is good, overall a very nice peaceful place.
and you can avail your zomato gold as well.

steak was very chewable and firm....dunked entirely in sauce it had lost its crisp . i reccomend from now on that sauce be given separately
