the place was quite different to find... even though it's on the main road, the name wasn't that visible due to the other big boards surrounding it..... the place looks good bit noisy due to the crowd but theservicewas spot on!! the waiters were very polite and responded really well.... now for the main part - the food..... this is one of the best steaks i have eaten soo far... the meat's cooked really well, the veggies were fresh and the quantity was also good... the place is worth visiting more than once!!

love this place! it’s our primary option when it comes to steaks! my personal favourite is the honey mustard sauce. the steaks are perfectly cooked andserviceis on the spot. super cool manager/owner as well to guide you through the menu. i would definitely recommend this place to all the steak lovers out there.

a great place to dine when u r craving for some amazing steaks and salads. the portion size was just perfect for one, not too much not too less. the sauce tasted awesome and the mashed potatoes were to die for.servicewas quick and most important the owner himself was taking care of most of the guest to ensure their comfort and take real time feedback.
i'm going there soon again to try their burgers which definitely looked appetizing which was served on our neighbouring table.

we were looking for a steak house and found this gem of a place on zomato. the steaks were awesome and although the restaurant was full but we were surprised that theservicewas so quick. loved the experience! value for money!

this is a small but great place for burgers/steak/pasta in hsr layout. worth every penny and justifies every good rating that the place has received.servicewas quick and the food was perfect. the manager and staff were extremely courteous and professional. do checkout their menu and if you are inclined to have a great meal then make it a must visit place.

one of the finest steak places i visited in bangalore. best in hsr area. visited the place during corona restrictions. had a greatserviceabiding to all the covid guidelines. we ordered steakalypse now beef steak sizzler, beef mince burger, indo conti chicken, mango and strawberry milkshake. every items were exceptional and great service. would love to visit again.

in this season of pandemic, we seldom eat out. hence, we try to choose the place extra carefully to ensure the evening is a success. this being our first visit to this place, we were not sure what to expect. what we found is a real gem. food was excellent,servicewas quick and courteous and a place really well maintained in terms of cleanliness. the platter was lip smacking, steaks were very nicely done with flavourful sauces. the potion was more than filling. biggest concern for most of bangalore restaurants is consistency over long period. i hope they can keep it up.

the steaks are really amazing here. and i love their iced tea, one can actually get the flavor of tea when you have it. theirserviceis really good.

the portions are generous, food is good and serviceis great.

i would highly recommend this place to anyone whose a fan of meat in general and steaks in particular.

make sure to try the shakes, they have some unusual ones on offer as well as a great lime pie.

one of the best places to get steak well done and with amazing sauces. very goodserviceand ambience. loved the experience. have been here twice and both times ...it was brilliant. the salads are good too.

i visited india after a decade for about 4 weeks and after eating indian food non stop, i wanted to try something different. once upon a flame came up as a highly recommended place and hence i made a visit with my friends for lunch and it turned out to be a delightful experience.

must try : watermelon & tomato shake, orange milkshake, beet steak and chick pea steak which was simply fabulous and the continental paneer was out of the world !!! ( yesss , i happen to be a vegetarian and i haven’t seen such a wide variety for vegetarians in a restaurant that serves steak ! )

great music , ambience and theservicewas fast ... net net .. this was a 5 star experience!

oh .. and you must also try their signature key lime pie which literally melts in your mouth!

i love going to once upon a flame every time i visit bangalore, with my family and friends. coming from australia there aren't any places in bangalore to enjoy a good steak or ribs or any good desserts. once upon a flame ticks all our checkboxes and we can't recommend it enough to our friends. its located in a very convenient place and nishant is a wonderful host. he ensures to talk to everyone in person, ensures they get the optimalserviceand promptly collects their feedback. wish i could give them 6 stars for their amazing food and service..

always such a nice experience to be here. when we went, the place was so full, and the servers seemed so busy. still when i began to sit, the server came like a ninja and put a cushion behind me as i was pregnant 🥰 even with the crowd, theservicewas super fast with no compromise on the flavor. we always order the buffalo wings, it's a must! and the pork ribs were so soft and falling off the bone. in the end, they even made our desert complementary ❤️
