happiest customer of all time. i want to personally thank simon and tom at lychee lounge for helping to create an unforgettable valentine's evening for myself and my partner. i want to say first that the food and cocktails were just amazing, and i highly recommend lychee lounge just based on those. however, simon gave us some of the warmest, most polite and informedservicei have had at any venue ever. he knew all the food, recommended drinks based on our preferences, and showed an overall genuine interest in our experience that was the perfect touch to an excellent set menu. i have to say though, these guys went overboard for me, and did so as if this was what they do everyday. i had (ambitiously) requested that a particular song be played at some point in the evening, as it is 'our' song. i was not expecting this to happen, and would have been thrilled had they played it at all. but instead, tom and simon went to the next level. they organised for the song to begin playing at the very moment our dessert was placed in front of us. my partner was initially blown away by the 'coincidence' before she realised that the surprise i had hinted at was that our song was to be played. i didn't ask for this timing, for this extra step, this was done purely on the initiative of simon and tom. i was amazed at the level of care that went into this and really could not express my gratitude properly at the time. this experience will live on in our relationship for many years, and i will forever be telling the story of what lychee lounge did for us. thank you so much guys, it meant the world to me.
