theservicewas super slow, absolutely disorganised. the seating area is also not that great - no accomodations for table fans or anything for secluded seating areas. it become a major inconvenience.

we visited family gathering.. and it was as per our expectations.... ambience was super cool fully plants, goodservice , and variants of global cuisine ...prices are reasonable.. worth of visiting

staff should be better educated about menu. they did not know about the food and drinks on being asked. food,serviceand ambience was good

there are very few options for pet friendly restaurants in the city, especially during weekends, when the ones that are otherwise pet friendly, don't allow pets after 7pm. lono turned out to be a great place to take your pet and grab a bite to eat with a few drinks. both the food andservicewere great. they also provided a bowl of water for my pup.

we went there on one of week days. the food andservicewas decent. we ordered:

1) chicken nachos - 5/5. the nachos were perfect. all cooked well and tasted good.
2) lemon grilled prawns - 4/5. this was a good starter. if it was cooked a little more well it would have been good.
3) chilli pork - 5/5. this was the best! pork cooked well done.
4)beef roast - 2/5. beef roast was not to upto to the mark. we expected a little more roasted with kerala spices but it wasn't at all.
5) cacciatore chicken steak : 3/5. the sauce was okay and blend in chicken. it tasted a bit like butter chicken gravy with chicken. so i wasn't sure how to give this a rating. the mash potato was so good.

the ambience andservicewas 5/5. will definitely try other dishes and visit again.

went to lono for their open air seating . liked the ambience andserviceby stewards. but the nasi goreng that came with a prawn curry was full of corn starch and had no flavour. when i told the steward he said it was indonesian and was meant to taste like that. the satay was good though.

a decent place with good food andserviceto get togethers or huge bunch of friends.

celebrated new years with family friends at lono and enjoyed the food. understand the rush but theservicewas great and so was the food. will be coming back soon. thank you.

food taste was below average.servicewas slow. you will need to wait a while and remind staff a few times before anything happens.

ambience was decent. but definitely not worth the vist again.

spent almost 2 hours waiting for our food. the quality was below average. if i could give even half star for this i wouldn’t probably give that. they don’t care about how long theservicetakes. after waiting, one of the waiter came back with a bowl of peanuts & asked us to have that till we waited for our meal, which is pathetic. when the food finally arrived was soggy, bland and cold, with poor taste. we were highly disappointed, waste of time and money.

second visit to lono, this time for the sunday afternoon and at the very onset let me start by saying that a rating of 3 is only for their service, the food and the ambiance deserve an absolute 5!
same as last time when we had hopped in for dinner about two months back, our experience was really good but for the service.
today as well, we had a great time as the place is really done up well and the food is absolutely lip smacking!
we ordered a host of dishes and each and every dish left us smiling and asking for more. superb taste, aromas, flavours and gorgeous portion sizes, you cannot ask for more but unfortunately the effort and the taste of the kitchen team is marred by their slow and u attentive service.
waiters are struggling and even though we spent more than 3 hours every item was delivered only after second reminder, once they forgot the order we gave for two drinks and a food item completely!
you are constantly left waving your hand at a waiter.serviceis polite but not accommodating. for instance we reached around 1 pm and were starving. we got to the table and when the server came we told him to fetch our drinks and asked him for any 1 item from their vast menu which can be served soon so we can have a nibble and the rest we will order slowly. the reply was same every time, even after 3-4 requests, ‘all items take 20-25 minutes’.
waiters are struggling for orders and running around. a good three hours and just like last time, all i could surmise is that there is absolutely no supervision from theserviceside on the floor. no supervisor or manager working with the staff and taking charge.
unfortunately a great kitchen team and with such an amazing ambiance, it will not take a very long time when people start realising this and go elsewhere!
i for one, am definitely not going in another time. so, here’s a piece of advise, go only if you have loads of time to spare and don’t mind waiting for a very long time for each and every dish.

if you ever want to experience the finest of food without shelling out, lono is a must visit. outstanding food coupled with the ambience andservicetruly makes lono the hidden gem of bengaluru.

the pork dish ordered contained only pieces of fat and no actual meat. the quantity was sufficient for all dishes ordered.servicewas a bit slow. ambience is really nice though.
