the service was super slow, absolutely disorganised. the seating area is also not thatgreat- no accomodations for table fans or anything for secluded seating areas. it become a major inconvenience.

lono serves the best food along with agreatambience; everything that we ordered was perfect to the t. the taste, flavours and presentation was amazing. totally recommend.

missing green places? then this is definitely one place to visit. the greenery, calm environment, and the sound of flowing water( from the small fountain) all makes the experience very refreshing.
while for many places, the ambiance can be appreciated much only in the evenings due to lightings, this one isgreatboth for a day visit and for a night out.
couldn't try much of their dishes, so cannot comment about it.
would have appreciated if they served beer on tap.
overall, the experience was highly satisfying. and i intend to visit again to try more of their dishes.

there are very few options for pet friendly restaurants in the city, especially during weekends, when the ones that are otherwise pet friendly, don't allow pets after 7pm. lono turned out to be agreatplace to take your pet and grab a bite to eat with a few drinks. both the food and service were great. they also provided a bowl of water for my pup.

the place is beautiful, well maintained, spacious. food wasgreatand portions excellent. reasonable as well. nothing to not love in the place.

celebrated new years with family friends at lono and enjoyed the food. understand the rush but the service wasgreat and so was the food. will be coming back soon. thank you.

we went for buffet during lunch time and must say buffet is excellent.worth the money,
service needs to be little quick in buffet.greatambiance and polite staff.

second visit to lono, this time for the sunday afternoon and at the very onset let me start by saying that a rating of 3 is only for their service, the food and the ambiance deserve an absolute 5!
same as last time when we had hopped in for dinner about two months back, our experience was really good but for the service.
today as well, we had agreattime as the place is really done up well and the food is absolutely lip smacking!
we ordered a host of dishes and each and every dish left us smiling and asking for more. superb taste, aromas, flavours and gorgeous portion sizes, you cannot ask for more but unfortunately the effort and the taste of the kitchen team is marred by their slow and u attentive service.
waiters are struggling and even though we spent more than 3 hours every item was delivered only after second reminder, once they forgot the order we gave for two drinks and a food item completely!
you are constantly left waving your hand at a waiter. service is polite but not accommodating. for instance we reached around 1 pm and were starving. we got to the table and when the server came we told him to fetch our drinks and asked him for any 1 item from their vast menu which can be served soon so we can have a nibble and the rest we will order slowly. the reply was same every time, even after 3-4 requests, ‘all items take 20-25 minutes’.
waiters are struggling for orders and running around. a good three hours and just like last time, all i could surmise is that there is absolutely no supervision from the service side on the floor. no supervisor or manager working with the staff and taking charge.
unfortunately agreatkitchen team and with such an amazing ambiance, it will not take a very long time when people start realising this and go elsewhere!
i for one, am definitely not going in another time. so, here’s a piece of advise, go only if you have loads of time to spare and don’t mind waiting for a very long time for each and every dish.

i liked the ambience because they have a couple friendly anniversary/monthiversary setup which we enjoyed a lot and also food wasgreatspecially the lemon grilled prawns.

went with our pet dog 🐶 last night and it was a surprisinglygreatexperience. they are super accommodative of pets and the food - we ordered chicken nachos and pepper chicken - was very good too. i'm sure we'll frequent the place

indoor couches are super comfortable. food is pretty good. just try their cocktail pitchers. one of the best. if you find it a bit sweet put in a word to vicky to make it stronger. he is in charge of the bar.greatplace to have a chilled out evening if you are near indira nagar. we'll priced for ambiance and the food+alcohol on table. craft beer here will really be so make it so much more better.
