super sloppy service. arrogant staff.
we had ordered hawaiian pork roast… all the we got in the plate was chunk of fat in some sauce. no meat whatsoever at all in the plate. for the mains, we orderedchickenrack n roll. it took them a good 35 mins to bring the dish. and when the dish was bought, it tasted so bad.chickenwas stale. the rice was yuckkk. instead of spanish rice which was supposed to come with the mains, they served a half cooked chinese egg fried rice, that too at room temperature. horrible. horrible. horrible place.

the place is beautiful, but it had rained and maybe there were too many mosquitoes because of that, but i've seen other places that are just as green and don't have that many bugs. there were flies, one that got stuck to the salad too.
the food was disappointing. we orderedchickensatay and it definitely wasn't authentic and overly spicy.
the worst of it all was the service. i went with a friend to celebrate her birthday and had ordered a cake for her which had arrived before we came in. i stepped aside and asked one of the female staff members to get the drinks and the cake along with it. they serve us the drinks, and she asks me about the cake right in front of my friend, and ruined the surprise entirely. and she asked me over and over again too, coz my friend wanted to click pictures, we were delaying. i get she was probably in a hurry to get home, coz i wanted to talk to her later about this, but she seemed to be headed home. but at least tell your staff members that if someone is getting a cake, it's most probably a surprise and you can't just come and ask about it right in front of the other person. the entire surprise was ruined and the experience was also quite bad. not sure if i want to go back. very disappointed.

this is an honest feedback from a pet parent who loves her pet like anything and bolte hai na “bache khush rehte hai toh parents automatically khush ho jate hai” this is what i feel when i go to this place, my pets love this place like anything as they are allowed to sit wherever they want not like other restaurants where they say they are pet friendly but then they will ask you to keep your pet either on the floor or on your lap. coming to the food we had ordered lono punch, crispy baby corn,chickenpopcorn and few drinks and many more which i don’t remember but the taste was literally finger licking especiallychickenpopcorn was amazing, if you are a non vegetarian then you should definitely try!! staffs are very co-operative and ambience is super surrounded by real green plants. it was second visit and i am in love with this place😍 thanks to the entire team for making we customers happy!!!!

we orderedchickennachos to start with which took more than an hour. we reminded the waiters 4 times about, they would say 10 mins and no one arrived with it. there was only one standing fan which was usually occupied by people turning it or standing in front of it. there were 2 cockroaches under our table which made it even more horrible. the staff didn't seem to care about cockroaches running around. the staff actually didn't seem to care about anything. i hated wasting my money and time there. also, the place is super expensive and god knows for what.

apart from the ambience what i like most about this place is it’s pet friendly. if you have a pet or love them, lono is a must go place. they have amazingchickenstarters and also give food for your pet(if requested and paid)

came here on saturday night. this place is among few restaurants in indiranagar which is pet friendly. we ordered butter garlic prawns andchickentikka, both came out to be bland, despite being their best seller. classic fish and chips was delicious and for main i highly recommend you trychickenrack n roll.

we went there on one of week days. the food and service was decent. we ordered:

1)chickennachos - 5/5. the nachos were perfect. all cooked well and tasted good.
2) lemon grilled prawns - 4/5. this was a good starter. if it was cooked a little more well it would have been good.
3) chilli pork - 5/5. this was the best! pork cooked well done.
4)beef roast - 2/5. beef roast was not to upto to the mark. we expected a little more roasted with kerala spices but it wasn't at all.
5) cacciatorechickensteak : 3/5. the sauce was okay and blend in chicken. it tasted a bit like butterchickengravy with chicken. so i wasn't sure how to give this a rating. the mash potato was so good.

the ambience and service was 5/5. will definitely try other dishes and visit again.

went with our pet dog 🐶 last night and it was a surprisingly great experience. they are super accommodative of pets and the food - we orderedchickennachos and pepperchicken- was very good too. i'm sure we'll frequent the place

booked the table in zomato and as soon as we reached they took our name down and showed us out table .. we had two dogs along with us and they were very accommodating , they got us two seperate bowls of water for the pets and took down the order ..checked with us if the pets are okay to be served boiledchickenand got us a bowl of boiled bonelesschicken..

what i would request the owner is to add a couple of fresh fruit cocktails rather than the syrup based mocktails ..

a pleasant place to have lunch with family and friends .

went with my college friends on a sunday for lunch and had a rather unexceptional experience. we were a group of 7. when we asked for a table, we were given a table for 6 and had one chair awkwardly shoved in near the corner of the table. and this was after having booked our table on zomato. even after being seated, it was rather difficult to get the attention of the waiters. we found ourselves waiting for a solid 5 minutes each time we needed something. the food was alright at best. the full tandoorichickenwas most definitely not a full chicken, unless they've figured out the science to shrink birds to save storage space. thechickentikka andchickennachos too were okay. after ordering our main courses, we had to wait for close to 40 minutes to get our food. to be fair, they did warn us while ordering, but that was still too much time to serve. once we did get our mains, we found ourselves disappointed yet again. the dishes were all generally lacking in flavour. the nasi goreng however was quite good, as was the bbq pizza. everything else had loads of scope for improvement. had to wait another 15 minutes to pay the bill at the end of all this. the place is most definitely not worth the money. while the general look and feel is one saving grace, i doubt i'll find myself in this restaurant again.

had to call the restaurant to open the gates despite having a booking at 12pm. long waiting time for food. had ordered indian style tawachickenwith mint dip but got tandoori mayo instead andchickenwas overcooked and unevenly cooked. garlic and lemon herb flavor were missing ik grilled fish. grilledchickenfungi did not have bbq sauce which is mentioned in the description and was too salty. onion rings were soggy. virgin mojito was average. the only thing worth mentioning was the ambience which was soothing to the eyes.

extremely average food. the only redeeming quality was the ambiance. the grilled fish was only boiled and had mushroom sauce (no lemon garlic). cheesychickenwas too salty. tawa indian stylechickenwas over cooked.

the primary selling point of this place is its tropical themed ambience, which not only looks chic and gram-friendly but also makes this one of the few places in indiranagar to have a proper outdoor/near-outdoor ambience- something which is highly preferable during the covid times. certain areas of the restaurant like the indoor areas on the side however, look extremely tacky and their ambience/maintenance coupled with the dingy smell there makes them seem more like a shady highway eatery than an upscale restaurant. overall, even with the ambience being the prime attraction, it can at best be described as really pretty and unique for a casual dining joint and ain’t fit for a fine dining place by any means.
the food thankfully was all up to expectation. for starters we had the mexicanchickenquesadilla, drums of heaven andchickentupaki, and for mains we had the pestochickenpizza and alfredo pasta, in addition to tasting some of their mocktails too. everything tasted quite on point but none of the dishes were really that worthy of a special mention.
the service was friendly and efficient so nothing to fault there either.
finally coming to the price, we were using the dineout girf 50% off deal, so at that price point the place really delivered a fine experience, but at regular rates i’m not sure if this is a place you’re going to want to go to- as previously mentioned the ambience though refreshing feels explicitly not-premium and dare i say cheap, and even the food was good-but-not-great, so this place may be lacking on the count of value for money unless you get a good deal.
