we were a group of 6 n started with a veg platter, crispy corn, n tom yum salad. the crispy corn was bland, not recommended. the veg platter had a few good options n overall was pretty good! the tom yum salad tasted like onions dipped in some sauce, not good.

we ordered pasta, burrito bowl n a few other items for main course. to our surprise, the burrito bowl was very well prepared. however, the alfredo pasta had no salt n no flavor. even after multiple trials (of adding salt, pepper, oregano, etc.), it was beyond repair, n we ended up complaining about it. to our surprise, the staff were not much bothered.

overall the place is nice with indoor outdoor seating, but it requires serious work in thefooddepartment.

the place is beautiful, but it had rained and maybe there were too many mosquitoes because of that, but i've seen other places that are just as green and don't have that many bugs. there were flies, one that got stuck to the salad too.
thefoodwas disappointing. we ordered chicken satay and it definitely wasn't authentic and overly spicy.
the worst of it all was the service. i went with a friend to celebrate her birthday and had ordered a cake for her which had arrived before we came in. i stepped aside and asked one of the female staff members to get the drinks and the cake along with it. they serve us the drinks, and she asks me about the cake right in front of my friend, and ruined the surprise entirely. and she asked me over and over again too, coz my friend wanted to click pictures, we were delaying. i get she was probably in a hurry to get home, coz i wanted to talk to her later about this, but she seemed to be headed home. but at least tell your staff members that if someone is getting a cake, it's most probably a surprise and you can't just come and ask about it right in front of the other person. the entire surprise was ruined and the experience was also quite bad. not sure if i want to go back. very disappointed.

lono serves the bestfoodalong with a great ambience; everything that we ordered was perfect to the t. the taste, flavours and presentation was amazing. totally recommend.

this is an honest feedback from a pet parent who loves her pet like anything and bolte hai na “bache khush rehte hai toh parents automatically khush ho jate hai” this is what i feel when i go to this place, my pets love this place like anything as they are allowed to sit wherever they want not like other restaurants where they say they are pet friendly but then they will ask you to keep your pet either on the floor or on your lap. coming to thefoodwe had ordered lono punch, crispy baby corn, chicken popcorn and few drinks and many more which i don’t remember but the taste was literally finger licking especially chicken popcorn was amazing, if you are a non vegetarian then you should definitely try!! staffs are very co-operative and ambience is super surrounded by real green plants. it was second visit and i am in love with this place😍 thanks to the entire team for making we customers happy!!!!

what did we order: kerela beef fry, pasta and quesadilla
how was the taste: very very average! the pasta was really bland, the quesadilla was not exceptional either! the saving grace was the beef dry! it was still ok.
rest of the experience: the waiters do not care about you. you have to call them multiple times before a request is looked into.foodtakes quite a long time to get served. they should definitely have more fans since it’s non ac. mosquitoes are too many!

apart from the ambience what i like most about this place is it’s pet friendly. if you have a pet or love them, lono is a must go place. they have amazing chicken starters and also givefoodfor your pet(if requested and paid)

staff should be better educated about menu. they did not know about thefoodand drinks on being asked. food, service and ambience was good

there are very few options for pet friendly restaurants in the city, especially during weekends, when the ones that are otherwise pet friendly, don't allow pets after 7pm. lono turned out to be a great place to take your pet and grab a bite to eat with a few drinks. both thefoodand service were great. they also provided a bowl of water for my pup.

we went there on one of week days. thefoodand service was decent. we ordered:

1) chicken nachos - 5/5. the nachos were perfect. all cooked well and tasted good.
2) lemon grilled prawns - 4/5. this was a good starter. if it was cooked a little more well it would have been good.
3) chilli pork - 5/5. this was the best! pork cooked well done.
4)beef roast - 2/5. beef roast was not to upto to the mark. we expected a little more roasted with kerala spices but it wasn't at all.
5) cacciatore chicken steak : 3/5. the sauce was okay and blend in chicken. it tasted a bit like butter chicken gravy with chicken. so i wasn't sure how to give this a rating. the mash potato was so good.

the ambience and service was 5/5. will definitely try other dishes and visit again.

the place was good. gave me a nature feeling with all the greenery around. thefoodwas amazing and i loved the quantity too. the corn cheese falls and crispy corn tastes yum. the cocktails were on point and tasted so good.

talked to chef about thefoodhe is serving, he also doesn't have any idea what he made couldn't himself agree to take a bit of it..

a decent place with goodfoodand service to get togethers or huge bunch of friends.
