lono serves the best food along with a great ambience; everything that we ordered was perfect to the t. the taste, flavours and presentation was amazing. totally recommend.

this is an honest feedback from a pet parent who loves her pet like anything and bolte hai na “bache khush rehte hai toh parents automatically khush ho jate hai” this is what i feel when i go to this place, my pets love this place like anything as they are allowed to sit wherever they want not like other restaurants where they say they are pet friendly but then they will ask you to keep your pet either on the floor or on your lap. coming to the food we had ordered lono punch, crispy baby corn, chicken popcorn and few drinks and many more which i don’t remember but the taste was literally finger licking especially chicken popcorn was amazing, if you are a non vegetarian then you should definitely try!! staffs are very co-operative and ambience is super surrounded by real green plants. it was second visit and i am in love with this place😍 thanks to the entire team for making we customers happy!!!!

missing green places? then this is definitely one place to visit. the greenery, calm environment, and the sound of flowing water( from the small fountain) all makes the experience very refreshing.
while for many places, the ambiance can be appreciated much only in the evenings due to lightings, this one is great both for a day visit and for a night out.
couldn't try much of their dishes, so cannot comment about it.
would have appreciated if they served beer on tap.
overall, the experience was highly satisfying. and i intend to visit again to try more of their dishes.

we ordered chicken nachos to start with which took more than an hour. we reminded the waiters 4 times about, they would say 10 mins and no one arrived with it. there was only one standing fan which was usually occupied by people turning it or standing in front of it. there were 2 cockroaches under our table which made it even more horrible. the staff didn't seem to care about cockroaches running around. the staff actually didn't seem to care about anything. i hated wasting my money and time there. also, the place is super expensive and god knows for what.

food quality was so bad that we felt sick after our meal. the taste was also poor. a lot of items in the menu weren't available as well.

what did we order: kerela beef fry, pasta and quesadilla
how was the taste: very very average! the pasta was really bland, the quesadilla was not exceptional either! the saving grace was the beef dry! it was still ok.
rest of the experience: the waiters do not care about you. you have to call them multiple times before a request is looked into. food takes quite a long time to get served. they should definitely have more fans since it’s non ac. mosquitoes are too many!
was it worth the money: absolutely not
will we go back again: nop
will i recommend this place: nop

apart from the ambience what i like most about this place is it’s pet friendly. if you have a pet or love them, lono is a must go place. they have amazing chicken starters and also give food for your pet(if requested and paid)

came here on saturday night. this place is among few restaurants in indiranagar which is pet friendly. we ordered butter garlic prawns and chicken tikka, both came out to be bland, despite being their best seller. classic fish and chips was delicious and for main i highly recommend you try chicken rack n roll.

staff should be better educated about menu. they did not know about the food and drinks on being asked. food, service and ambience was good

there are very few options for pet friendly restaurants in the city, especially during weekends, when the ones that are otherwise pet friendly, don't allow pets after 7pm. lono turned out to be a great place to take your pet and grab a bite to eat with a few drinks. both the food and service were great. they also provided a bowl of water for my pup.

there was a f'king dead cockroach in the food...😂

we went there on one of week days. the food and service was decent. we ordered:

1) chicken nachos - 5/5. the nachos were perfect. all cooked well and tasted good.
2) lemon grilled prawns - 4/5. this was a good starter. if it was cooked a little more well it would have been good.
3) chilli pork - 5/5. this was the best! pork cooked well done.
4)beef roast - 2/5. beef roast was not to upto to the mark. we expected a little more roasted with kerala spices but it wasn't at all.
5) cacciatore chicken steak : 3/5. the sauce was okay and blend in chicken. it tasted a bit like butter chicken gravy with chicken. so i wasn't sure how to give this a rating. the mash potato was so good.

the ambience and service was 5/5. will definitely try other dishes and visit again.
