yummy & adorable!. this place is great to go just before the lunch crowd hits. the people watching is fan-freakin'-tastic, seeing the mix of middle aged business men mixed with the skiiers and skater kids. and lest we forget the delicious food! the food is super cheap, but so yummy. i usually get the vegetarian burrito, which makes two meals. two wonderful meals. they make it to order, and the staff is very friendly and has yet to screw up an order i have placed.

the place is as cute as all get out, with a great local feel. this is great in the summer, to sit outside watch the people then go look at all the decals. bring your out of towners, and they will have a great time!

carne asada burrito is fantastic. lone star lives up to the hype. fish tacos are tasty, and i really like their carne asada burrito. it's huge.

the restaurant is in an old malt shop or something, but they've done a good job with decorating the place with tacky, kitschy decorations that will make even the whitest gringo feel right at home.

the next time you're coming down off the mountain after a long day of skiing, stop by and check out lone star!

best pork!. my favorite is the marinated pork taco's! but all of the taco's are fabulous! my husband and i love to share the chile verde burrito, its huge! literally the size of my foot and so good.

great fish tacos, but i like the shrimp burrito better!!! eating on the patio is fun. the guacamole is too die for!!!

fish tacos.. i have nothing bad to say about this place. you must go there and you must get some fish tacos. while you're at it try the tea too. and if you're really hungry get a burrito.

closest to cabo. these are the most authentic tacos i've had and taste just like they serve in cabo. i love that they aren't smothered in sauce and cheese, but are instead fresh and light. don't miss out on the fish tacos, and that green sauce? delicious.

i crave it!. killer fish tacos and the nachos are heavenly. but be careful, the nachos come muy caliente loaded with jalapenos, so hold them if you can't take the heat. sometimes they over-salt their fish items for some reason, it's hit and miss. but grab a sangria and you'll never taste the difference. there is no better place for a summertime bite!

giant yummy burritos. got the appetite of a horse and craving mexican? you'll not only get an absolutely delicious burrito at lonestar, but it will fill you up and then some. yum!

if only i lived closer.... i was introduced to this restaurant as a tourist and made it a staple of my diet when i moved to cottonwood heights. i would personally pay them to be open on sundays, but alas, they must rest. staff is always friendly and working hard. food is very well priced for how delicious it is. i love that the fish for the fish burritos rotate. i ask for the "fish salsa" with all of my burritos now, its a creamy jalapeño sauce. yum!

overrated. the food is good, but don't read the reviews before going to eat there because you may be disappointed. the fish tacos are nice, but there are other restaurants in the salt lake valley that have (in my opinion) better fish tacos.

i've been going there 4 ever and i always have a chease quesadilla with steak. sounds weird but it's great!!!!
