léché desserts inc.

underwhelmed. after all the hype andamazingreviews, i couldn't believe that i had not tried these yet! so we headed down there yesterday for what we assumed would be an adventure for our taste buds. what we found was some dry deep fried bread with somewhat flavourless fancy toppings.

we purchased a dozen varied doughnuts at a slightly obscene price and thought nothing of it as we often over spend on amazingly delicious desserts. unfortunately these did not live up to our expectations.

bottom line, if you want the best doughnut in town look for the wawel sign in the window of your local european bakery. remember to go early as the plum (the best filling ever) runs out first.

lovely...but.... i have been to leche desserts many times and made orders for events a couple of times as well.. their selection isamazing(my favourites are pistachio and peanut butter jelly donuts)

unfortunately, i went today and the worker was so rude and unenthusiastic about her job it really makes me uncomfortable about going back. the owner is so sweet and usually her employees are great. i don't know her name, but she was slim, brown hair with ear plugs.

i went in with my husband and she looked mad that there were customers. when i asked her if they had any of my favourite ones she replied an annoyed "no." and pointed at the display like i am retarded for even asking.

as a small business owner, i feel bad for the owner because this place is overall perfect and their sweets are never disappointing, but it really goes to show you how employees are impactful on your business.

amazing!. every doughnut i've tried has been amazing, the white chocolate mousse and boston creme are really the best of the bunch. i've taken a dozen to a friend's birthday and even the office, i gotta say there wasn't one person that didn't fall in love with leche!

on top of anamazingproduct the quaint location and awesome staff really set leche apart from the rest, plus i'm a huge fan of hot pink.

needless to say, leche doughnuts are great and i'll for sure be back for more!

really yum. i'm addicted...very cool concept!

inspired!. i have never done this before, but i came on here to share with everyone, what anamazingand unique experience i had at léché desserts in st.henri yesterday! i kept hearing about léché and howamazingthe whole place is and holly molly i wasn't disappointed!!!! loooooooved everything, the decor (very cool, urban garden, old red brick walls, giant beams and high ceilings and oh yesssss, the food! i met josie (the owner) and the léché girls, super cute and super sweet! i had the roasted chicken salad sandwich (on doughnut bread!), started with one doughnut (they just launched their coffee and baileys doughnut) and it was orgasmic, so much so, i bought 2 more, a raspberry stuffed and pistachio cream!!!! sooooo frickin good!!!! thanks léché girls, you will be doing my wedding doughnut cake in the spring!!!!!
