food was great! had the 알밥 and it was quite tasty. the stone bowl was good and hot so the rice got lots of crunch. short on wait staff, but still helpful and not too much of a wait.

fantastic. lived in korea for 2 years and the food here is comparable. quite good so much better than sake! go here instead!!

so unbelievably good!. we went to korea house after seeing the extremely high rating it received on urbanspoon. we both love korean food, and decided to give this place a try. as the other reviews say, it isn't anything fancy. it's a jeans and t-shirt kind of place with a definite café feel to it. personally, that is one of the things i love most about it. the food has been amazing every time we have gone, and the server is extremely friendly. prices are more than reasonable for the portion size, and are extremely filling. i will try the korean sundae one day if i can bring myself to not finish my meal so i'll have room for it!

four of us had our first korean meal tonight. we had deal vouchers so decided to give it a go. was a real treat. great ambiance and lovely food. first but won't be last. very enjoyable and would recommend.

pretty good food, diverse selection, at a really great price. the place is really popular, so service was lacking a bit, as they were understaffed.

great food. location is horrible, decor is old. but the food is excellent. we ordered what some reviewers on here recommended, including bibimbop and beef buligi and was excellent. will definitely be back.

very average cooking. i would expecting more interesting blends of flavours and textures from a korean restaurant. side dishes don't come with the mains either. setting and service also unremarkable. would recommend miga instead.

we went to korea house for the first time recently. we went for a second time about a month later. the food was great, good value and a very helpful and friendly waiter. i have found if they get really busy the service can falter a bit, they don't ever seem to have many staff on. but good value and the menu is organised well with photos for those of you that are not familiar with korean food.

the food was out quick, tasted very nice and was well presented, but their service was quite dull. i thought the student discount was nice as it makes the meals even more affordable.

i was impressed with this place! food is excellent - maybe not the biggest selection you can see in a korean restaurant in for instance, vancouver or toronto, but it does the job. the owner and servers are very nice people and quite accommodating. i had seafood pancake which was crispy on outside and chewy inside. the bean paste soup is quite good too. i love the kimchi made there. the owner does it right!

best korean in regina. korea house is a great place to eat, definitely among my favorite in regina. from the outside it looks borderline terrible i must admit, and the inside isn't anything to write home about either, but the important thing is the service and the food you will get for great value.

other restaurants in regina will charge a considerable amount more money for similar dishes at lower quality and often even smaller portions.

service is always prompt, food is always amazing, i recommend the kimchi pajeung, bulgogi, and of course the hot pot bibimbap.

this is one of the best places to eat in the student area.

the meals are cheap and very filling, and there is a good range of hot and not so hot so something to suit everyone.

as with most korean meals you get a bowl of rice and side nibbles with and main you order.

great food!. korea house is a regina gem! great food, service is excellent and the ambience is cheery and authentic and (i know for a fact) the kitchen is clean!! the prices are reasonable. try the bbq - you cook it yourself at your table - lots of fun! regina is a better place because of this restaurant!!! thanks to shin and her family!!

the service was very good. the pan fried dumpings are probably the best i've ever had. we both decided to try something new, my husband had hot plate bee bim bob which he found to have a distinct flavor he could not explain. he gave it a 7/10.
i tried the chicken kat. it taste like over-fried mcdonald's chicken nuggets in bbq sauce served over rice.

overall: service, menu, taste, atmosphere... we finally agree. we would both give the restaurant a 6/10. will we return? perhaps.
