king do is becoming a family favourite of ours, as there aren’t many good choices for chinese food in surrey, especially those that offer dim sum (and peking duck). they hosted my nephew’s baptism lunch last month, and we went back for a family lunch this past easter weekend. we ordered way too much food (again) – peking duck with lettuce wrap as the second course, chicken corn soup, deep fried tofu, deep fried squid, pan friedricerolls, sticky rice, beef with flat noodles, chicken fried rice, beef balls, some vegetables, and sesame balls. the peking duck was something that i was craving for a long time, and only got to have a litte taste of it at my friend’s birthday a few weeks ago. this satisfied my craving. the warm wrapper, hoisin, green onion, thinly sliced duck, and crisp skin was realy good. they did something a little different and added cucumber for more crunch and freshness. the fried tofu and squid were topped with the same garlic, and
