have they changed their menu recently? so disappointing. they now offer tapas and "large plates". ourtablereally liked our entrees or tapas but the mains were terrible. 30something dollars for seriously average food with tiny portions. biggest waste of money. definitely do not recommend this place. good for an overpriced pint of beer i guess?

got atablehere for a tuesday night and they were really busy! staff seated us and served us immediately and efficiently which was great. food took about ten minutes to come out which was surprising with how busy they were. our waiter was a young man who was very friendly and had histableservice down pat. food was really good and the restaurant had a great atmosphere. will definitely return.

i took my partner there for lunch on sunday the 17th november 2013 as part of our relaxing anniversary weekend. i am a chef by trade with 18 years exp and obviously choose places that appear to have a bit of class. we arrived and were greeted and taken to atableoutside by the street. to start with i was asked to remove my hat, ( i was in dress shorts, button up shirt with a tidy cap) to which i obliged however not 10 minutes later another couple came in and the male was not asked to remove his. i listened as a group asked for a slight variation of a menu for the children of the group and were told a resounding "no, we don't do that" another woman came in with a small dog (in the outside area) and after sitting peacefully for 10 minutes the same waitress came out and told her that her dog had to be outside the barrier, the woman and her friend decided to leave and i listened as the waitress joked about it to other staff.
i found the pork ribs were more like a braised stew and my partners chicken korma was lacking in flavour. the side of cross cut fries were enjoyable.
to top it all off the waitress forgot about the second beer i ordered so we gave up and went to pay and found that she was trying to charge us for the second beer never received.

very disappointing and certainly will not be back.

have been to keystone a few times, first time the service was good and the food was average ($12 lunch) the second was the same, tonight a few friends and i went to have dessert as they now have $6 desserts on tuesdays. when we arrived ourtablehadn't been set up so we had to wait for about 5-10min's, we then got to ourtableand the waiter stood there and kept asking if we wanted mains and drinks even though we had already told him we were only there for dessert. the food took about half an hour to come out and was very average. the ice cream sandwich was poor with the biscuit impossibly hard and could hardly be eaten, the creme brulee looked and tasted like calci yum yogurt and was burnt far too much around the edges. overall am very disappointed and probably wouldn't go back.

a group of 8 of us went to keystone for dinner the night of the world cup. we got asked to have atablein front of the big screen. well what a night not only did we get good service, great food i had the salmon, it was the bomb. everyone on thetablehad nothing to complain about we loved every minute of the food the service and the atmosphere. that is the second time i have been for dinner first was on a deal voucher too. had drinks and listened to the band many a time and can't fault the place. well done keystone keep up the great work.

well i would have loved to have given a great review as the food was exceptional however the service from the staff was absolutely unacceptable. they couldn't get the meals right and some of my friends waited 2 hours to get their mains... they obviously could not handle a bigtableas there was 33 of us however we ordered first and got served last. when i talked to the "man in charge" about the muck up he was defensive and very rude!!!! this is the worse service i have ever received from a restaurant and would never go back, also will telling people about the slack service and rudeness of the staff!!!

well, had dinner there last night. food excellent! service average. advice terrible! we were advised at booking thattablewas outdoors, what we weren't told was its a smoking area!!! so 2 non smokers eating dinner in a smoking area??not good!!! disgusting actually. very disappointed by this! when we complained we were told that the person taking the booking will be advised??(useless) asked for a drink at the bar on arrival were i was told to go sit at ourtableand someone would be over? 10min's later!!! would not go again a shame as the good was fab :-(
