i have been to keystone numerous times - sometimes for lunch, sometimes fordinneror even just a drink. the service is usually pretty good, and often quick which is great. most of the time the food is great and they do have good options.

haddinnerhere with my husband last night. he got a 50 dollar voucher from the lawrenson group goody card program because it was his birthday this month, so that was super cool, and he chose keystone.dinnerwas lovely. had the chips and gravy to start which was yummy, just could have used a bit more cheese curds. i had the chicken tacos which were amazing.  i think they're menu could have a little more variety, but it seems that what they do have they make really well so thats awesome :) service was good too!

i have been both at night fordinnerand also for lunch. today it's lunch. i love the $12 range of food. cheap price doesn't mean cheap food. the food here is terrific. i had the traditional fish and chips with salad. yummy just perfect for lunch. and washed down well with a glass of cider. wanting a very reasonable priced lunch at a licensed restaurant then this is the place to go.

went out fordinnerwith a group of girls and was asked for id. normally this wouldn't be a problem but as i am over 25 yrs old and 7 months pregnant had not seen the need to take id out when going for dinner. they made me leave as they would not serve medinnerwithout my id. i went home and got my id and found out when i go back some of the girls who arrived while i was gone had not been asked for id. when i went to pay they advised they do not give itemised receipts and i was expected to just advise what i was paying for (i was paying for 4 of us). once paid no receipt was given either.

went there fordinnerthe other night with friends. the meal was average and the service poor. when i told the waitress about my meal she seemed to argue my complaint and was not helpful in anyway. overall the service was terrible, making me feel unwelcome.

absolutely love keystone. my favourite restaurant in hamilton.

have been here on a number of occasions for both lunch and dinner, never been disappointed.
always received great friendly service from the staff, and relatively quick service (even on the busy night of the rwc final!).
meals are great and a good size. i do enjoy lunch here a little bit more thandinner($12 lunch menu is great value).

a group of 8 of us went to keystone fordinnerthe night of the world cup. we got asked to have a table in front of the big screen. well what a night not only did we get good service, great food i had the salmon, it was the bomb. everyone on the table had nothing to complain about we loved every minute of the food the service and the atmosphere. that is the second time i have been fordinnerfirst was on a deal voucher too. had drinks and listened to the band many a time and can't fault the place. well done keystone keep up the great work.

went todinnerhere last night. i was very dissapointed in my meal. my mains was a huge pile of green salad leaves and three slices of icy cold lamb and one tiny warm potatoe. dressing was nice though. my dessert of rhubarb and apple crumble, well pie crust was burnt and was like concrete, custard was cold and a big blob. however the rhubarb and apple was delicious. the entree of bread was 4 pieces to 6 people all along the table. for $40 i wont be eating there again. service wasn to bad but come on guys,,,,, smile.

i went there for lunch for the first time and followed withdinnera week later. the food was great. their $12 lunch menu is incredible. the amount&quality of food was outstanding for that price. the service was average, don't feel like they care enough. the restaurant was nice and clean. however it took ages for food to arrive. overall was good and i definately go back for lunch.

well, haddinnerthere last night. food excellent! service average. advice terrible! we were advised at booking that table was outdoors, what we weren't told was its a smoking area!!! so 2 non smokers eatingdinnerin a smoking area??not good!!! disgusting actually. very disappointed by this! when we complained we were told that the person taking the booking will be advised??(useless) asked for a drink at the bar on arrival were i was told to go sit at our table and someone would be over? 10min's later!!! would not go again a shame as the good was fab :-(
