was lovely food andgreatservice but then my husband was splattered with food when waitress dropped plates close to our table, they offered a free glass of wine as a gesture (which was great) expect when we paid and left i note we actually paid for it @ $11.50 per glass, so that is why they only get two stars, or they would of got 4 :(

keystone isgreatfor a social catch up. live music, happy hour and a vibrant atmosphere - key features you need for a good night out! service was outstanding - a bit too much checking in but hey itsgreatfor me but not on everyone's palate.

food - i had the fish of the day. good size and beautifully presented - taste good and fish is good and good sides on the plate.

i have been to keystone numerous times - sometimes for lunch, sometimes for dinner or even just a drink. the service is usually pretty good, and often quick which is great. most of the time the food isgreatand they do have good options.

went for a staff function before xmas. four of us pre ordered the lamb which was presented in a rack type cut, tastedgreat! but unfortunately no sharp knives were made available to use. desserts weregreatalso. but we were given a drinks list of all alcoholic drinks, asked a waitress for a list of non alcholic drinks she said there wasnt one. i waited while she tried to remember them off the top of her head, she thought of 3, coke, lemonade, orange juice . not good enough :(

loved the garlic, sage and mozzarella butter which was served with the bread!greatatmosphere and fast service. staff was friendly and attentive. :)

i ordered the crispy chicken sliders with a side of fries & aioli.greatproportions for lunch. very crispy and delicious. the coleslaw also had a nice sauce. unfortunately the cappuccino was very burnt. i let them know and they kindly replaced my coffee. the second coffee was not burnt but didn't taste that great. must be the beans.

got a table here for a tuesday night and they were really busy! staff seated us and served us immediately and efficiently which was great. food took about ten minutes to come out which was surprising with how busy they were. our waiter was a young man who was very friendly and had his table service down pat. food was really good and the restaurant had agreatatmosphere. will definitely return.

had desert with a friend during their $6 desert nights. nice staff and enjoyable atmosphere but the desert itself wasn't the best i've had. overall a neat little place with agreatdesert deal!

went for lunch. was a nice meal and didn't have to wait too long. the range of beer they have isgreatand the atmosphere was good. nothing really jumped out at me to say it was amazing though.

absolutely love keystone. my favourite restaurant in hamilton.

have been here on a number of occasions for both lunch and dinner, never been disappointed.
always receivedgreatfriendly service from the staff, and relatively quick service (even on the busy night of the rwc final!).
meals aregreatand a good size. i do enjoy lunch here a little bit more than dinner ($12 lunch menu isgreatvalue).

a group of 8 of us went to keystone for dinner the night of the world cup. we got asked to have a table in front of the big screen. well what a night not only did we get good service,greatfood i had the salmon, it was the bomb. everyone on the table had nothing to complain about we loved every minute of the food the service and the atmosphere. that is the second time i have been for dinner first was on a deal voucher too. had drinks and listened to the band many a time and can't fault the place. well done keystone keep up thegreatwork.

keystone is simply amazing.
the first time i went using a deal voucher and had the salmon - baked to perfection, crispy and just singed on the outside while juicy and soft in the middle, amazing. my brother enjoyed his lamb, said it was succulent.

then (for a change from our regular - the bank across the road), we went for the $12 lunch. what could i say. amazing value at $12 with absolutely top notch quality. ordered a smoked lamb salad - tossed with a generous amount of delicious manuka smoked lamb and dressed to perfection. my brother said the pork ribs were the best he's ever tried -greatvalue for money and absolutely divine. my father also enjoyed his vegetable spaghetti.

i don't know why people say the service is terrible - we were attended both times by kind, smiling, pleasant and attentive staff. food comes out of the kitchen very promptly.

love the smoked lamb salad, especially as a $12 lunch. the custard on the crumble is so so delicious. the band on thurs-sat aregreattoo.
