juan's del fuego no more. this egg and hash cafe started with agreatconcept and original food, but they keep cuting food quality and freshness to save $$! the food has become average fare, the service is pretty bad, and the attitude is "don't care".
the good: unusual mexi breakfast egg dishes, good breakfast potatoes.
the bad: slow and inexperienced service, little hot sauce selection, cut use of avocados to almost gone in dishes that have them, no fresh veggies or fruit (no salad, no berries, no fruit), poor selection, average boring atmosphere.
for an average mexi breakfast juan's is fine. but if you ask for anything extra they will charge you big time, service is slow and non service oriented, food variety is not very healthy with no veggies or fruit for breakfast. the few exciting additions to their food have been cut back or eliminated since they opened. i give it 2.5 stars of 5 star review.
