juan's delfuegono more. this egg and hash cafe started with a great concept and original food, but they keep cuting food quality and freshness to save $$! the food has become average fare, the service is pretty bad, and the attitude is "don't care".

the good: unusual mexi breakfast egg dishes, good breakfast potatoes.
the bad: slow and inexperienced service, little hot sauce selection, cut use of avocados to almost gone in dishes that have them, no fresh veggies or fruit (no salad, no berries, no fruit), poor selection, average boring atmosphere.

for an average mexi breakfast juan's is fine. but if you ask for anything extra they will charge you big time, service is slow and non service oriented, food variety is not very healthy with no veggies or fruit for breakfast. the few exciting additions to their food have been cut back or eliminated since they opened. i give it 2.5 stars of 5 star review.

incredible food. so so service. first off it was a cold holiday morning, so they were very busy. after standing unnoticed at the front waiting to be seated for over five minutes, i seated myself at the bar. it took another 10 minutes or so for one of the waitstaff to acknowledge me. she quickly dropped a menu with no greetings. i ordered a black coffee (very fresh) and a tamale and eggs plate at the recommendation of a friend. it did not disappoint. the potatoes (i think they called themfuegofries) were not bad, but average. they are basicly pan fries. the tamales and eggs were so good that i would suffer through the mediocre service again to have them. who knows, maybe it was just an off day due to my timing.

delicious breakfast!. wow! excellent food. we stopped in for breakfast this tuesday morning, and we were very pleased. my wife and i both had the rellano omelette withfuegofries. eggs wrapped around red onions, rellano pepper pieces, and cheese, then covered with tomato bits, delicious spiced cream cheese, and fresh avocado slices. even came with toast, which was too much food! our daughter had chocolate chip pancakes and hash browns. i know, not a sensible meal, but she loved them. we will definitely go back. i was told that it is super busy on the weekends, but we had no issues today.

still the best. just can't get enough of this place. took some friends there it was their first time they were all impressed by the food and service. thnx everyone at juan delfuegoyou made me look good

a wonderful place to eat. a relaxed atmosphere great food good people very reasonable prices good coffee i could go on and on. i am happy to have found this place .

grandpa & nana. the enchiladas, both red and green are great. try thefuegoburger withfuegofries.

great food. our family loves breakfast, and we've eaten here probably a dozen times. i love that breakfast is served throughout their opening hours, and the food is great. i've tried a few things, but i tend to get huevos rancheros with the green sauce and scrambled eggs. it' s huge portion, and theirfuegofries are yummy.

the services tends to be pretty good, and the food comes out quickly. if you go on a weekend during normal breakfast hours, be prepared to wait for a table. i recommend!

gresat!:). i went there for the first time today,and i thought it was great! it had great service,great ambianceand delicous food! i got the hot chocolate which was great and the pancakes are to die for. the ham was good and thefuegofries were a great thing just a little spicy! the restraunt is very clean and has lots of tables. i went there on a saturday morning expecting a 20 minute wait just to get atable- it was only a minute! i totally recomend it.

fantastic food!. my wife went to juan's for a lunch date and soon after we've become regulars. i've tried most of the items on the specialty menu and haven't found anything that wasn't delicious. even thoughfuegois in the name, the food isn't overly spicy. i find it all consistently cooked well and tasty. thefuegofries are my favorite, and they go well with all the breakfast items (or anything really). this has become our favorite breakfast place in norman, check it out!
