myexperiencefor the iftar buffet wasn't pleasent. the food varieties was very limited mostly fried. i think would be better to try it other day

we drove all the way down to tawar mall to try this place, we’re curious if it’s as good as the others. i believe this is the first one in qa btw & we’re not disappointed. it’s a shame cause the place is empty when we got there, but the food and service is really awesome. they have wide range of seafood meals & other options .we really enjoyed our joe crabshackexperienceand will definitely coming back.

the place is great!!!

i had really terribleexperiencein joe's crab shack in tawar mall. the foods was great i order joe's classic sampler the calamari voodoo chicken bite is nice all so the chips dip in the crab dip is perfect combination.. but the best in joe's crab shack is the crabs itry the ragin cajun and the arctic bay the taste of the meat is very nice.. next time we come back i will try the others foods. thaks to joe' crab i really enjoy the foods what itry to eat till next time😍😍😍😍

wow it's a good crabexperienceto us here at joe's it is a little bit pricy but worth it ,,,crabs are so delicious even the lobster madness and crab chowder are good us well...

service was charming...ambience was a chilled setting and the food was pretty nice and fresh too. we had the bucket of crabs as well as some appetizers and drinks and all of it were tasty. it was funexperienceto use all the tools provided as well as the apron. however at the end of our meal, we saw a little roach crawling on the wall as well as by the wash basin. lack of adequate pest control. we informed the manager who said he would action it. that was a downer at the end of such a fun meal. hence brought the rating down to 3

joe’s crab shack definitely feels like an upgrade to your usual seafood restaurant fares.

nice and different experience, we had a lot of fun, nice and delicious food. you will never get the taste and different types of crab here in doha except in joe’s crab, the staff has a lot of entertainment first when they serve you the meal, then they dance. overallexperienceexcellent.

i have never had such a unique restaurant diningexperienceas i did at joe's crab shack. the staff were so energetic and their excitement was contagious. while the food was great, the atmosphere and the energetic and super kind staff truly made it such an amazing time. their portions were satisfying and i really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. all in all, i think it would be very difficult to leave joe's crab shack without a smile on your face. i recommend everyone try it.

went there on the day they officially opened. atmosphere is so energetic and fun. staff are really nice and helpful; they know what they are doing. food took some time to come but it was fine as it's their first day and they didn't expect that crowd. food is great and yummy we went to try a new flavours. our order was coconut shrimp with two sides: one pound of mussels along with king crab. now to be honest the portions need to be reconsidered as they aren't enough for seafood lovers like us especially for the crabs they brought us only 3 legs with little amount of meat inside them, but it was good. as for the drinks we ordered classic peña colada poured inside a whole pineapple (great idea 😍) and a classic margarita. prices are not cheap yet not fancy but i would recommend that they team up with entertainer to keep themselves in the competition with the other restaurants. 237 qr for two is not an easy amount to pay considering that i might find same food in red lobster or manhatten fish market who both have teamed up with entertainer. overall it was a niceexperiencethat i will repeat.

the absolute worst customer serviceexperiencewe've ever had.... when introduced to manager, matt contreras, it was a very cold and very uncaring wall we were met with. i was hung up on by matt twice, and my 'better half' was hung up on once. when he went to talk to him in person, matt ended up turning his back and walking away. we finally asked for all our money back...the food was cold anyway, and i didn't want anything to do with matt at redondo beach's joe's crab shack, even if that meant going hungry for the night because it was now 2 hours later and everything else was closed. in smallest terms, this manager saw fit to treat me very rudely, and then to blame that rudeness on me (that i was not getting around to my problem fast enough, but that my problem was not our order confusion...especially not the lack of plastic dinnerware as he seems to have told the entire restaurant...who now think we asked for our money back because they forgot plastic dinnerware in our to-go bag...???...but our problem now was him and him treating us in a way you'd treat someone you don't like, not in a way at all that said to us "you matter as a customer and i want to help." it was the lack of that that became the issue. i'll just say that you can go to this location and have a great time if...if...you stay clear of matt if you have a problem that needs resolved. he will ultimately blame it on you, treat you like you're petty for having an issue, and also treat you like an annoyance. if that is not how he feels, then hopefully he'll get some training in how to communicate with customers.
