jerome would be happy, mostly. the restaurant was not very busy on a friday afternoon, so i sat at the bar. the bartender, brie, was attending to several customers, but when she did finally reach me she was very polite and attentive. she asked for my first name and, to my surprise, addressed me by name the entire 30-45 minutes i was seated at the bar. whether this was her idea or the restaurant's, it was a nice touch.
the food came promptly...well, too promptly. i ordered a turkey burger and fries, and the food came out much quicker than i've ever been able to cook a turkey burger, which indicates that they already had some prepared or were in the process of preparing some when i ordered. nonetheless, the food tasted good. i'm sure there are more expensive items on the menu; however, based on the proximity to heinz field and the jerome bettis name, i was extremely surprised at how reasonably priced my meal was. plus, the quality and service were both very good.
one complaint: as a jerome bettis fan, i was highly disappointed that they did not have any 36 jerseys in stock.
