mmmmmm....agnificent!. thisplaceserves the most delicious food and it is unlike any other restaurant you will find here in the valley. i usually start off with the steamed mussels and the double dipper for appetizers (yum!) and for my entree i get either a chicken and spinach flat bread, or if available, the ribeye. if you are a wine lover you will especially love this restaurant. definitely try thisplaceout. you will not be disappointed.

disappointing. with all of the good reviews our expectations were high. unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. went with another couple last week. the first issue is that thisplacecannot decide if it is a club/bar or high end restaurant. it failed on both accounts for us. the music was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. the food was over priced for the quality. the risotto was overcooked (rice had split) and adding extra $9 for shrimp (which was 4 small and overcooked!!). the carbonera pasta had a good amount of pancetta, but the sauce was thin, and watery. my friend had the smoked salmon pasta. the pasta had very little flavor and the few thin slices of salmon (maybe 2 oz) was like the packaged stuff you get at heb. ok, i will say the spinach, chicken and asiago flatbread was good. the crust was obviously premade and the toppings added and heated as ordered. the wine list is good, but we are not big drinkers and the waitress was very pushy with the wine/drinks. we like to support local businesses, so it is unfortunate that we were not happy with this experience

delicious food and wine. i have been here twice with a friend and each time the food is delicious. the staff is super helpful when it comes to wine selection and will give you generous samples to try. our food was delicious. while the food did take a while for it to come out, it was yummy. we had the banoffee pie for dessert which was good, but the crust was really hard. overall though, thisplaceis awesome.

a glass of wine. we arrived here after 10pm hungry and thirsty! my handsome date and i were seated immediately but we were informed the kitchen was closed and they were no longer serving food. it was ok, i understood it was late so we ordered a glass of wine. i did see the menu listed two sizes/prices for the wine and without our knowledge we were served the pricier/bigger glass of wine. i was fine with that but i do think the waiter should check with the customer beforehand. the wine was very good and was smooth. i cant recall which wine we had but the atmosphere was ok. a little too loud for my taste and this from aplacethat was pretty empty except for a few people and 4 at the bar. the bar group were loud. other than that i'd definitely go to have a drink or two.

great service. the staff its the best. theplaceis really loud people are screaming all the time, but you will forget as soon as your plate and wine arrives.

no complaints whatsoever! excellent dining experience!. excellent service, fantastic food, comfortable setting. while it may be a little pricey, it is worth every penny. the servers are not only prompt and welcoming, but cordial and genuinely friendly. the yahweh salad and the buckeye burger are what make thisplacea regular stop for me.

good for a casual and romantic date. i checked thisplaceout around christmas time, it was great. lighting is wonderful and theplaceis clean. food portions are not entirely generous, but the food is delicious. my boyfriend said his meal needed more garlic. in any case, i'm sure we will be back.

great wine, great food!. my wife and i treat ourselves once a month to a spectacular meal, we like different places and have tried several, but the only one that has made it to our "treat"placemore than once is house wine. everything i have tried i have loved, but hands down my favorite is the puttanesca they put together.. great wine, great food...

enjoyed it.. wanted something different for my wife's birthday so we tried it. the service was excellent which was a happy surprise after reading previous reviews. one of our entrees was not as advertised but was quickly replaced by another. mistakes happen and its nice to find aplacethat remedies the problem without a big production. the service, the food, and of course the wine, were excellent. it is a bit loud so my only recommendation would be to hang tapestries to slow the sound down a bit.

lunch, dinner, or both.... greatplacefor a nice glass of wine (they have a good selection), they could work on their argentine malbecs, though.

salads are excellent, as it is already a feat to find a decent salad in the valley.

overall, i am glad we have house wine as a restaurant here.

great food!!. house.wine is a fantasticplaceto eat, drink, and be merry! the staff knows their stuff.....from the wine selection to all the items in the menu. every time i have been there (and there have been several) the food has been delicious and the wine suggestions from the staff have been right on the money. greatplaceto spend time with your loved one or with friends!!
