my new fav pho place. we decided to come here especially to try their "special dry noodle", thinking whether there can be a replacement for phnom penh. to our surprise, it was pretty similar..although not exactly the same. difference: little on sweeter side, more soy sauce, less shallots/garlic. not quite as 'tasty' as phnom penh...but still very good. the ingredients are also very generous - pig's heart, pig stomach, prawns, two quail eggs, porkslices, bean-sprouts and lettuce. our friend ordered the lemongrassporkchop rice - he said it was really good too, rice was vietnamese rice and not chinese rice. it also came with some shreddedporkskin.
setting: fairly clean. lots of tables. t.v.'s. service - food came pretty fast.
would def. go again!
