great sushi!. we were a bit skeptical because the takeout menu prices seemed cheap, but thesushiis exceptionally good. will definitely order from here again!

this was by far our worstsushiexperience in the city. go at your own risk! the first time we went, it was a busy lunch hour but the staff walked past us 4 times without even acknowledging us. when we got their attention they were extremely rude and we decided to leave.

a month or so later, we decided to return to see if it was just an off day and we came for dinner this time. this was a huge mistake because the $25.99 dinner price is a joke for the quality of food!

the staff is not attentive at all, but that's kind of par for the course at all you can eatsushirestaurants so i had no expectations.

we ordered the usual amount that we get at othersushiplaces because we were starved. when the rolls arrived they were absolutely disgusting. it felt like chalk in the mouth and was literally garbage.

we told the staff that the quality was not good and we weren't going to eat it simply because of that and we didn't want to get charged extra. well, the waitress got the manager and she was the rudest person we've encountered. she argued that their policy is anything not eaten is charged extra and accused us of ordering too much. but this was simply not the case, we were both still hungry and shouldn't be forced to eat disgusting food that made us both sick.

in any normal restaurant, the customer is always right and they would offer to make something else. but for some reason they not only won't rectify the situation, they use it as an excuse to charge you more!!

i was appalled at their rudeness and said i'm leaving now but only paying the $25.99 x 2 meals and nothing more! the manager went from table to table asking other customers of their food was equally bad to prove that we were crazy. trust me i felt like just walking out, but unlike this establishment, i have standards that i hold to. i waited until she was done polling the restaurant and paid for my meal and left. never again will i return!

if you insist on trying this place, be warned to first try lunch and order a very tiny amount so you can taste the food first. if it's horrible, like our experience you're not out of pocket very much.

the food was horrible. the meat was overcooked and burnt.sushipizza had overcooked fried rice and a pile of crab with absolutely no taste at all.sushidid not taste fresh. do not recommend this place at all. will never order from this place again.

we could not eat most of the food and  80% just left on the plates!
the prices $29 per person (also for the kids 11/12 years old they charge the same price) are too high especially for what you get!
on saturday night only 2 tables were occupied so it says a lot...
the stuff from 1 to 10 i would rate it 3.
will never come back and do not recomend this place to anyone!

this used to be my favourite aycesushiplace but after today's lunch, i won't ever return.

totally uninterested and indifferent staff. food that tasted leftover - and we were there at 11:15 am, so the food should have been fresh as can be! several dishes never appeared at our table. we had to ask for the wasabi and ginger. unacceptable.

this place has gone off the rails and i guess it's well known because at noon only five tables were occupied.

i will no longer give this restaurant my business nor recommend it to anyone. i can't believe how much they've gone downhill. shame, really.

this is not only the best aycesushiplace in the west end, but is tops city wide. the dim sum alone is worth the trip. best time to go is 2pm during the week as it gets very busy other times.

you can honestly find better places to eatsushiin this city. we went here on a late sunday afternoon very recently, the floor was disgusting, i mean it wasn't busy and it was before the dinner rush and well after a lunch rush, so you would think it would be clean, the floors were covered with food from the previous sitting.

we ordered a variety of food, some of us likesushimore than others. some of their nonsushiitems were decent, some extremely questionable. things like general tao chicken, chicken fried rice, spring rolls and such were not amazing nor poor; but some was certainly over cooked (too deep fried :/). as for the sushi, it was okay, definitely nothing spectacular or noteworthy. some of the rolls weren't even rolled properly and were falling apart as we picked them up. i left hungry and turned off of sushi. our ice cream was served with forks, it was frost bitten and you could tell old.

as for the staff, they weren't attentive at all, we went 10+ mins trying to get someone's attention.

unfortunately we had to get the dinner price which was so disappointing ... $34 for a terrible dinner.

just like every other all you can eatsushiplace; as soon as they are reaching one year being open their food and service decline dramatically.
brought a friend here this evening for supper, there were two other tables, the first thing i noticed was how dirty our server's clothes were. the menu's were dirty and gross as well. the food took forever and the service was horrible to the point that we got up to leave even though we weren't finished because he never came to pick up our paper with our dessert order yet someone ran right over to the cash to take our money to pay $30 to a rude cashier who didn't even say your welcome or a thank you and when i told her she should respond she mouthed me off with no hesitation. to sum it all up this place is dirty, dingy, slow, rude and i will never return.

for an aycesushiit's not bad in comparison to the other places here. i believe you get the best bang for your buck (not including gasoline to come here though) going here because there's barely any substantial difference in dinner and lunch save for some rolls and sashimi. for lunch you get an array of dim sum selection, which in general were pretty good for a buffet-type place. 

service is really slow, restaurant is really small, so it's not a great place to go if you are in a hurry.

our favourite here is the fusion house roll (ice cream wrapped in crepes pretty much), it is really good and we've never seen any other places have this.

without a doubt, fusion in stittsville was the worst service i've ever experienced.when we first arrived, the décor looked modern and the tables were packed.  this led me to believe it must be a popular location for sushi.  it took about 20 mins to get seated, which is understandable on a saturday during the lunch period of an all-you-can-eat-sushi spot.  no big deal.our order was promptly and silently picked up when we sat down, although we were never asked for drink orders.  since we were hungry, i thought little of it.  30 mins later, 2 of the 3 rolls and 3 of 6sushipieces arrived.  we still hadn't been offered drinks, or even wasabi and ginger for the rolls.  in fact, the servers seemed to go out-of-their-way to avoid eye contact and pretend they couldn't hear customers.30 mins after that, several dim sum items were brought to our table, which would've been great if we'd actually ordered it.  rather then feel bad about the customer who must be wondering where his order went, we ate it all to state our, by now, ravenous hunger.  i started to think our order must've been lost.  since no server could be bothered to give me an answer, i completed another form to reorder the missing items. by this time, most of the restaurant had cleared out, and servers continued to ignore us and any other customers trying to flag them down.  it took 20 mins for the order to be picked up, and 10 mins later 2 of the 9 items ordered arrived - both ice cream, and accompanied with ginger and wasabi.i know orders can arrive out of, well, order, but this is ridiculous.  i took the late arrival of wasabi and ginger as a sign the rest of thesushimust be on it's way. 30 mins later, still nothing had arrived.  i walked out at this point.i, nor any of my numerous and frequentsushibuddies, will ever use the services of this restaurant again.  the few rolls we got looked like something i could've rolled in my own kitchen, and the service was flat-out inexcusable.

went here for the first time last week and loved it. along with 168sushion merivale, this is probably one of the best aycesushiplaces in ottawa just based on the quality of the sushi. the decor is really nice and welcoming as well.

large portions for ayce. i was really happy with the portions and the quality of the ayce food here. the tempura shrimp is actually shrimp and not 90% batter. thesushicomes in many unique options and interesting shapes/presentation. there was only one menu item i was questionable about - and that is the ramen. it looks like just plain chicken noodle soup and that's basically what they call it - so i would skip out on this one. but everything else i tried was actually very good. regarding service - the servers are a little confused at times, but you can tell they mean well. definitely would come back for more.

excellent food. we like to to come here once a month for the lunch buffet on the weekend. the menu is quite large which is good because my fiancee can be picky. the food comes out quick for the most part but sometimes it's either missed or given to another table. i love thesushirolls and individualsushiselection and i always leave feeling satisfied that i received my money's worth.

food is ok service is awful!!. so we went during the lunch buffet which is a busy time i understand that. however we ordered severalsushirolls along with a few other chicken dishes. we got most of the chicken dishes and then waited for 20 minutes before any of the rolls came. then we waited for another 20 minutes and the rest did not seem to be coming at all. so we ordered more and then waited another 30 minutes and still nothing came (either from the first or second order) so one of our party went to talk to the manager and the manager just told us that the rolls had all come out... so some other table got our orders?! because we know we didn't get them all. after talking to the manger we got two more plates rather quickly, however we know we didn't get all our orders. but we had to leave so we paid and left. i would never come back! and i caution anyone else going to be prepared to not get half your food and expect to be there a long time! i have been to severalsushiresturants across the country and this is worst one by far!!

it's ok and definitely not the worst out there. if you're looking for an aycesushiresto and don't want to venture far from kanata, this is your best option. as big fans of the ayce, we like to head here because it's close and i find the people here are nicer than kanatasushiand variety is nice. grant it sometimes the quality of the dishes is not consistent and we have not received certain items, the overall percentage of positive experiences here are higher than the bad ones. give it a chance.
