this was by far our worst sushi experience in the city. go at your own risk! the first time we went, it was a busy lunch hour but the staff walked past us 4 times without even acknowledging us. when we got their attention they were extremely rude and we decided to leave.

a month or so later, we decided to return to see if it was just an off day and we came for dinner this time. this was a huge mistake because the $25.99 dinner price is a joke for the quality of food!

the staff is not attentive at all, but that's kind of par for the course at all you can eat sushi restaurants so i had no expectations.

we ordered the usual amount that we get at other sushi places because we were starved. when the rolls arrived they were absolutely disgusting. it felt like chalk in the mouth and was literally garbage.

we told the staff that the quality was not good and we weren't going to eat it simply because of that and we didn't want to get charged extra. well, the waitress got the manager and she was the rudest person we've encountered. she argued that their policy is anything not eaten is charged extra and accused us of ordering too much. but this was simply not the case, we were both still hungry and shouldn't be forced to eat disgustingfoodthat made us both sick.

in any normal restaurant, the customer is always right and they would offer to make something else. but for some reason they not only won't rectify the situation, they use it as an excuse to charge you more!!

i was appalled at their rudeness and said i'm leaving now but only paying the $25.99 x 2 meals and nothing more! the manager went from table to table asking other customers of theirfoodwas equally bad to prove that we were crazy. trust me i felt like just walking out, but unlike this establishment, i have standards that i hold to. i waited until she was done polling the restaurant and paid for my meal and left. never again will i return!

if you insist on trying this place, be warned to first try lunch and order a very tiny amount so you can taste thefoodfirst. if it's horrible, like our experience you're not out of pocket very much.

thefoodwas horrible. the meat was overcooked and burnt. sushi pizza had overcooked fried rice and a pile of crab with absolutely no taste at all. sushi did not taste fresh. do not recommend this place at all. will never order from this place again.

have been here twice now. thefoodis good, service is okay. some of their menu is a bit off what i’m used to, but they will also make changes for you when you order. overall good food!

the worst sushi we ever had in restaurant!
some of them even tasted like left overfoodor even rotten.
supermarket sushi quality will be much better that in this place!
we could not eat most of the food and  80% just left on the plates!
the prices $29 per person (also for the kids 11/12 years old they charge the same price) are too high especially for what you get!
on saturday night only 2 tables were occupied so it says a lot...
the stuff from 1 to 10 i would rate it 3.
will never come back and do not recomend this place to anyone!

this used to be my favourite ayce sushi place but after today's lunch, i won't ever return.

totally uninterested and indifferent staff.foodthat tasted leftover - and we were there at 11:15 am, so thefoodshould have been fresh as can be! several dishes never appeared at our table. we had to ask for the wasabi and ginger. unacceptable.

this place has gone off the rails and i guess it's well known because at noon only five tables were occupied.

i will no longer give this restaurant my business nor recommend it to anyone. i can't believe how much they've gone downhill. shame, really.

you can honestly find better places to eat sushi in this city. we went here on a late sunday afternoon very recently, the floor was disgusting, i mean it wasn't busy and it was before the dinner rush and well after a lunch rush, so you would think it would be clean, the floors were covered withfoodfrom the previous sitting.

we ordered a variety of food, some of us like sushi more than others. some of their non sushi items were decent, some extremely questionable. things like general tao chicken, chicken fried rice, spring rolls and such were not amazing nor poor; but some was certainly over cooked (too deep fried :/). as for the sushi, it was okay, definitely nothing spectacular or noteworthy. some of the rolls weren't even rolled properly and were falling apart as we picked them up. i left hungry and turned off of sushi. our ice cream was served with forks, it was frost bitten and you could tell old.

as for the staff, they weren't attentive at all, we went 10+ mins trying to get someone's attention.

unfortunately we had to get the dinner price which was so disappointing ... $34 for a terrible dinner.

just like every other all you can eat sushi place; as soon as they are reaching one year being open theirfoodand service decline dramatically.
brought a friend here this evening for supper, there were two other tables, the first thing i noticed was how dirty our server's clothes were. the menu's were dirty and gross as well. thefoodtook forever and the service was horrible to the point that we got up to leave even though we weren't finished because he never came to pick up our paper with our dessert order yet someone ran right over to the cash to take our money to pay $30 to a rude cashier who didn't even say your welcome or a thank you and when i told her she should respond she mouthed me off with no hesitation. to sum it all up this place is dirty, dingy, slow, rude and i will never return.

large portions for ayce. i was really happy with the portions and the quality of the aycefoodhere. the tempura shrimp is actually shrimp and not 90% batter. the sushi comes in many unique options and interesting shapes/presentation. there was only one menu item i was questionable about - and that is the ramen. it looks like just plain chicken noodle soup and that's basically what they call it - so i would skip out on this one. but everything else i tried was actually very good. regarding service - the servers are a little confused at times, but you can tell they mean well. definitely would come back for more.

started off great but then.... sat evening, yes hockey night so fairly busy. we came early, 4 adults and two children. first order was taken quickly, second small one we had to wait for a bit. when we attempted to order for a third time including the kids ice cream we had to wait for at a bare minimum of 25 minutes. i think we only got served then when my wife held the card up at head level, looked ridiculous but the service was ridiculous.foodwas good but we're definitely going to have to think twice about coming here again.

you have a great variety offoodwhich is good . for an all you can eat the restaurant is ok but the service is horrible ...... believe me awful

excellent food. we like to to come here once a month for the lunch buffet on the weekend. the menu is quite large which is good because my fiancee can be picky. thefoodcomes out quick for the most part but sometimes it's either missed or given to another table. i love the sushi rolls and individual sushi selection and i always leave feeling satisfied that i received my money's worth.

food is ok service is awful!!. so we went during the lunch buffet which is a busy time i understand that. however we ordered several sushi rolls along with a few other chicken dishes. we got most of the chicken dishes and then waited for 20 minutes before any of the rolls came. then we waited for another 20 minutes and the rest did not seem to be coming at all. so we ordered more and then waited another 30 minutes and still nothing came (either from the first or second order) so one of our party went to talk to the manager and the manager just told us that the rolls had all come out... so some other table got our orders?! because we know we didn't get them all. after talking to the manger we got two more plates rather quickly, however we know we didn't get all our orders. but we had to leave so we paid and left. i would never come back! and i caution anyone else going to be prepared to not get half yourfoodand expect to be there a long time! i have been to several sushi resturants across the country and this is worst one by far!!

absolutely abysmal.. terrible music. loud because of little to no sound buffering. waited an hour for service. unacceptable. we were about to walk out when someone finally showed up to take our order. no apology. we were so hungry by then we just stayed. it was a mistake because thefoodwas terrible anyway and the service was slow. the price is shockingly high for a place of this quality. we will never return. it's just another sub par cafeteria trying to cash in on the sushi fad by fleecing people who don't know any better.

the cookedfoodwas terrible. a lot of it tasted and was the quality of microwave boxed asianfoodyou'd get at a supermarket.

that said, don't order an eel pancake if you dare eat here. it's as disgusting as it sounds.

it's places like these that turn me away from trying new places. such a rip off.

very average!!. this was our second time at this restaurant. we thought we'd give it another chance but were disappointed both times!! they say it's all you can eat but it's really not. they are quick to bring out yourfoodwhen you first order but eventually they just stop!! we take our time ordering as we don't want to over order as they charge you for what you don't eat. thefoodwas very average at best and didn't look or taste fresh at times. we were waiting for our final order and were approached three times by different waiters who asked us if they could clear our plates and we kept telling them we were expecting more food. in the end we gave up and just got our bill. needless to say we were very unimpressed and at $24.95 a plate we expected more. there was quite a few items we never received and i'm convinced that they slow down the service hoping you'll get full and eventually give up as we did. i will never go back there again!!

awful. we went there last night for dinner.....waited twenty minutes for watered down pop/iced tea. we received four hot appy's in the next 15 mins or so but the sushi never came! we asked our server three times and she kept saying she would 'check on it'. after an hour and a half, we had enough and decided to just leave. thefoodthat we did get was terrible! it was very bland and all tasted the same. the steamed edamame's were soggy and loaded with salt. it was a terrible experience and we will not be going back. the service was beyond poor and the they were clearly understaffed. it seemed very disorganized and the quality offoodwe did receive was not great. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
