love this place! one of the best places for a good brunch and coffee in lovely rye. i love the breakfast turkish roll with pesto, cheese, egg and bacon 😋😋chickenharissa burger 🍔 is also so good! my other half said it was to die for! staff are friendly and lovely and gave our dog bacon 🥓! great vibe, great outside seating area with the sea breeze.

a cute little place tucked around the corner from rye woolworths. loved the coffee, not too sweet and not too bitter. shared achickenburger, a beef burger and a tuna salad with my partner. burgers were a good size and were packed with flavour ( i personally preferred thechickenone). i was a little disappointed that the burgers didn’t come with chips, but the salad was a great (and healthier) alternative and the meal was enough to leave the 2 of us stuffed. will definitely be back to try the sticky date pudding they had on the counter :)

we enjoyed our brekkie at freaky tiki and will definitely be back. good food, good coffee, reasonably priced and friendly service. i would happily recommend everything we had - from the breakfast roll to the pankochickenburger (which was on the specials board). we were early enough so got a table fairly easily but can imagine this place getting pretty busy if we were a little later!

cute decor and ordered the avocado,chickenand sun dried tomato with the turkish bread. tasted amazing! the sauce was delicious and thechickenwas so soft. the turkish bread also had a really nice crispy crunch to it. staff were also very friendly!

been here once when we were after a quick lunch. the cafe has a cool, quirky vibe to it, with lots of artwork for sale and also some games, like noughts and crosses, to play. i had achickenturkish roll which i enjoyed; the flavours were great, it tasted fresh and it was reasonably priced (for a uni student budget). service was good too! would come back if i'm in the area again.

thx urban spoon for helping me find this place. loved the chillichickenburger, healthy (generous dose of salad) and yummy (jalapeños and chilli mayo were a great combo). coffee was pretty good too. probably paid a couple bucks more than if i'd gone with fish and chips from next door, but well worth it.

an awesome place for food and coffee. was down in rye for labour day and had a great lunch there. coffee was great so was the chilichickenburger. highly recommended!

just love it... wont say a bad thing about freaky tiki. there a young couple hope and anton who have just purchased this café..there putting there heart and soul into it..and maybe some might wait some might not..but its the type of place that's not a quick 15 mins meal. (its no mcdonalds) its a feel good cafe like home to me. order sit and relax...great cruzy music. great local coffee and fresh local produce goes into their food..its honest and yet somewhat appealing to all ages..i never want to leave..i love it ... p.s. the girls are always friendly..i give any new business ago.

i came across this funky quirky little cafe in rye..sat down and was greeted with a big smile. .hi my names hope. .on her suggestion i ordered the sunrise salad with a cofee ..local brand too .my sunrise salad was to die for. bacon spinach pumokin lettuce avocado seeds .perfect for any paleo addict..there is a rsnge of beautiful salads .pasta .chickenmango quinoa and .fruit salad too..beautiful fresh muffins. .on paying my bill i thanked hope..and said i loved the food .and ill definitely be back..she said good im the new owner. .such a cafe .great friendly atmosphere .i will b back :-d

good service good food. wow today for lunch....i saw a staff member from freaky tiki help a mum eat her lunch and take her two daughters to the toilet (might sound like a small thing but as a mum you don't usually with kids under 5, hot food). well done freaky tiki, amazing customer service. not to mention the amazing smoothies and vegie andchickenburger my son and i enjoyed. great service with a smile...well done to the new owners. hope (owner) keep up the amazing work....
