since my review of flat tire a few months ago, i decided to give them a second chance. zach, the manager, has gone out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. i am glad that i gave them a second chance, because my family has been very pleased. i recommend the green chile burger #11.

child friendly...ok food...cust service:(. my family eats at flatire 3 to 4 times a month. i have always been pleased with all of their menu items. i order the #15 tuna sandwich a majority of the time. on my most recent two visits, i have had to raise the bun to verify there is a piece of fish. at a rather proud price of $10.99 i would expect a meaty piece of protein. when this was brought to the attention of the waitress, she did not express any concern. i decided to email flatire about the issue, but they have not sent any type of response. i am concerned about customer satisfaction and consistency with their products. i will be taking the $100-150/month in food purchases to other local restaurants.
