it is an overrated place considering foodtasteand menu options. the ambience is really good and service just average while staffers run helter skelter to rush food to guests.tasteof the food was okayish and no jubiliency in bothtasteor serving food items. we order paneer shashlik sizzler and it was just below average and subzi was just alright if not bland in taste. their soup of thai coriander was good. considering all this i would say there are entry of other places in surat that get you quality food and revitalizetastebuds. only large space and ambience does not make a good restaurant. you actually have to satisfytastebuds. the restaurant failed to.do.that.

i visited this place on 8th may 2016, sunday at 8:30 pm. the place was crowded and had a waiting of about an hour. the manager clearly told me that i would get my table in an hour. the table was for five people only. i got my table after one and a half hour. the manager and other staff of the restaurant was not so supportive and had an arrogant way of speaking to the customers.
we ordered 2 starters, a main course and different types of indian breads. the starters- paneer chilly and cheese chilly sikh, both were good but not the best. in the main course, we ordered malai kofta, which was very poor intasteand presentation. the indian breads were normal. we were very disappointed as the plates provided to us had broken edges. spoons and glasses were wet before we even sat. thus, it was not properly cleaned, nor was the table. the pricing was done right and was affordable but not worth.
a big disappointment to the customers waiting in line for more than an hour.

pathetic service... notastein food... small punjabi food restaurants serve much better food then this one... waited so long for our dishes.. took so much time for single dish... behaviour is rude.. totaly overrated place.. please don't waste ur money here.. just ambience is good otherwise food is very very bad... i would give 0 star if possible

this garden restaurant is located at l p sawani sports complex in pal hajira road. it has huge green landscape with lot of amenities and good seating. while there is waiting due to rush, but the service is prompt, food variety and quality as well as quantity are very good. they have play area for kids, good waiting area as well as large parking lot.

we tried their north indian fare with masala papad, paneer sabzi, tandoori atta roti and dum biryani, and all were good especially the dum biryani was rich intasteand aroma and a must try.

you will be amazed to see the entry of the place...it's beautiful ...there is separate play zone for kids...very polite and healthy surrounding...thetasteof food is quite good with lovely ambience...all people visiting surat shall visit this place atleast once their lifetime...staff is very friendly...must try kararibroti....

you will be amazed to see the entry of the place. it's beautiful and looks straight out of a romantic comedy movie. the restaurant is sprawled across a large area where multiple parties can be held along with a marriage and still not effect the day to day customers. there is separate play zone for kids, cake cutting zone and the waiting area is very comfortable. coming to the food we were a group of 15 so lot of things ordered. i will review the ones i tasted. we started with soup starter and masala papad. the papas was crunchy and not dried. the spices were at the perfect level. i had a mexican chilli beans soup. it was hot and spicy but a little less on mexican flavours. the starter was paneer tidbit. it was like a continental sibling of paneer tikka but the seasoning was continental and not indian. personally i did not like thetastei believe the spices were over done and there a little extra oil also. for main course we had paneer balti and nargisi kofta. i could find any difference in thetasteof the gravy. it was the same and so i was disappointed. we also ordered the kiev sizzler. this was the best dish of all. it was cooked to perfection. the patty was soft and flavourful. the vegetables were nicely done and and had a crunch to it. the cherry on top was that even the oldies in the group liked it. the breads we ordered were standard tandoori roti
i likea that they followed our instructions nicely and all the rotis were made very crispy. the staff is courteous and helps you out in every possible way.

a huge place having a lot of space for children to play and the best garden restaurant of surat, staff is very friendly and they care for customers. there is huge place for a perfect day out for family time.

thetasteof food is quite good with lovely ambience. all people visiting surat shall visit this place atleast once in their lifetime.

very beautiful place, quite spacious, nice ambience. good mix of cuisines. nicetastefor each items. have been twice here and both time had good experience. good arrangement for sitting during waiting hours. all necessary facilities for infants like feeding area, creches and playing area for children available here. well mannered staff and clean dining area. i wish i can rate more than 5 to this restaurant. must go and enjoy food type place.

okay so one restro i liked so much was this. enjoyed my time with family and friends and loved the food andtasteof food and also the varieties of food it was just awesome to visit♥️

totally worth less, foodtasteis very bad...
please change your cook and all recipes are very bad so change it and until you can not change your food taste, please to keep close your restaurant.

this is the highly over rated and over praised place, nothing here was so impressive that worth waiting for almost half an hour.

then there slogans and quotes, the one i remember "if you didn't liked the food, you are bored, you are not hungry so shut up" something like that, guys please stop being so proudy, coz if someone is willing to travel for 5-10 km for the food and if the customer isn't hungry he won't wait for around 40 minutes just for fun. this only shows your arrogant nature.
moving further to the food, nothing we ordered was worth waiting so long, thistastecould have been found anywhere, so what's special about you.
so instead of showing your arrogance, you should show ur specialty which would attract more customers.
in short total disappointment, waste of my 2-3 hrs of time.
