theplaceis amazing but the wait is too much. on weekends we have to wait for 2 hours. italian food is pathetic. we ordered pasta arrabiata and 50 50 sizzler and i could not swallow it. please only order indian food. that's good

i have been toplacesince my office party was held there. it's a goodplaceespecially for small scale parties like birthday parties, get-together parties etc. they have very good stages, arrangements for that and also kids park, swings for entertainment. so overall ambience is excellent
coming to food their menu is good(but sadly pure veg😢😉) . u have mock tails, soups, starters, snacks and general menu items. mock tails are great. we didn't concentrate much on main courses which are obviously paneer and mixed veg. starters are really good.

horrible service ..staff doesn't know how to talk and behave. the guy named sanjay at the reception was verbally violent! worstplacei have ever been to!

it is an overratedplaceconsidering food taste and menu options. the ambience is really good and service just average while staffers run helter skelter to rush food to guests. taste of the food was okayish and no jubiliency in both taste or serving food items. we order paneer shashlik sizzler and it was just below average and subzi was just alright if not bland in taste. their soup of thai coriander was good. considering all this i would say there are entry of other places in surat that get you quality food and revitalize taste buds. only large space and ambience does not make a good restaurant. you actually have to satisfy taste buds. the restaurant failed to.do.that.

nice place!! if you want to go a little away from the city. placeis somewhat noisy as party plot is just near to the restaurant.

third class restaurant with the most arrogant staff i have ever seen in my life. i have been to restaurants all over the world, but never seen such an attitude by any restaurant. they literally have an attitude which makes you feel as if you are having your food for free, they make you feel like beggars the very moment you enter the restaurant. if you want to book a table, they want all your guests to be there in queue so that he will count it and then only allot you a table. if one or two guests are supposed to join you later, then you wont be alloted any seats for them. we had gone there for a birthday party, and felt that it would have been far better if we would have celebrated the party at some other venue.

the food quality is just so so and if you order some item which would take some more time then they would just say they dont have this item. i asked him for tandoori mushroom, he said they dont have mushroom. the very next moment we had mushrooms in soup as well as chinese mushroom dish. they have an attitude even worse than the laari walas of surat.

it seems that their bosses are too rich that they dont care if their staff is spoiling their reputations here. sometimes the staff makes you feel that they are backed by their bosses to behave in any manner they feel.

a big no for this restaurant and would never recommend it to anyone.

during our visit, it was not just me but we saw around 3-4 shouting disputes between other guests and the hotel staff. i wont be surprise if i hear that there was a big riot at thisplacein coming days between the staff and guests.

i visited thisplaceon 8th may 2016, sunday at 8:30 pm. theplacewas crowded and had a waiting of about an hour. the manager clearly told me that i would get my table in an hour. the table was for five people only. i got my table after one and a half hour. the manager and other staff of the restaurant was not so supportive and had an arrogant way of speaking to the customers.
we ordered 2 starters, a main course and different types of indian breads. the starters- paneer chilly and cheese chilly sikh, both were good but not the best. in the main course, we ordered malai kofta, which was very poor in taste and presentation. the indian breads were normal. we were very disappointed as the plates provided to us had broken edges. spoons and glasses were wet before we even sat. thus, it was not properly cleaned, nor was the table. the pricing was done right and was affordable but not worth.
a big disappointment to the customers waiting in line for more than an hour.

we went for a family dinner just after diwali. theplacewas crowded and we had to wait for 1.5 hrs but the wait was worth the food and feel it offers. ambience and the food was very good. we ordered fifty fifty sizzler, canberry cola. in main course paner lababdaar,beg kofta and naan . every thing was perfect.

you will be amazed to see the entry of the place...it's beautiful ...there is separate play zone for kids...very polite and healthy surrounding...the taste of food is quite good with lovely ambience...all people visiting surat shall visit thisplaceatleast once their lifetime...staff is very friendly...must try kararibroti....

i dont write review (good or bad) untill i visitplacefor atleast 3 to 4 times, but thisplacehas always offered insipid food, pathetically slow services and ungrateful staff. paneer in sabji is harder than brick, roti awfully burnt and most sabjì tastes same. location and ambience is allright but music is too loud and hey they dont accept credit card or debit card so if the bill is around 10k, you have to carry cash.

a hugeplacehaving a lot of space for children to play and the best garden restaurant of surat, staff is very friendly and they care for customers. there is hugeplacefor a perfect day out for family time.

good family garden restaurant..ambience is good...service need little improvement..food is good..if you want to enjoy good quality time with family thn its bestplacefor you..even after ordering jain food they serve regular starter but they correct that afterwards..most annoying thing is they are not accepting card payment..overall worth visiting

food is very good, we go 2 to 3 times never complain about the food. location is somewhat outer and due to openplaceinsects problem is there. but for buffet for party or in group, the food quality is good.
